Don't put yourself down about how bad you are at the game, i enjoyed watching the battles and all you need to do is work on your own arena strategy and im sure you'll win lots of games :)

Xavier Arriaga I am playing with a controller. It's better for recording since you can hear the keyboard through the microphone with my current set up.
i'm the only one who use the shotgun to go on the other side of the god-damn-fucking ravine? shot facing the bottom left (if you go right) and the bottom right (if you go left). you can easyly go to the other side without build any silly bridges.
The Trolling BOB I hadn't heard of that approach! But then again, I was playing an early version of the game. Maybe the shotgun recoil was changed? Still, thanks for sharing that strategy :)
ARollingWalrus another advice, build a 4 hight-flying base, with turret on the bottom and on the top. if you are enough hight the grounds enemy can't reach you and only you and flyin g monster can catch up the base. using shotgun to get on the base
Do not level up resistance. It is useless. The increase in poison resistance is too small to matter. To kick move left stick and press rb at the same time. To do a jump-attack move left stick and press rt at the same time. To just jump, move left stick, hold b, and quickly tap b. Everything in the level-up screen is explained by pressing back. It is helpful to read item descriptions and the statistics pages of weapons, shields and armor. Exploration is often rewarded. Good luck and remember to praise the sun.
@corey dillon - I can't directly reply to your comment, but it this game mode is very similar! I have played Smite before (I was awful at it) :P I am glad you like the video enough to subscribe^^
i suggest not doing tons of videos a day because you run out of games to play. you can record them in one sitting but release them at different times. i have been doing a lot of stuff recently so i haven't been able to upload a video but my most recent one was a pre recorded one which saved it or else i wouldnt have released a video in like 2 weeks. all im saying is if you dont have many games, dont over use them or else you may run out. (if you have like 5,000,000 games then go for it but im guessing you dont)
The Crusher That's good advice! I have been trying to stick to two videos a day. However, the last two videos should have been one video, but I had to stop recording to look up a guide (so I counted it as one video in my head). I also have a list of requests that I need to get to, but I am trying to finish up the ongoing let's plays first XD I will try not to put out so many videos of the same game at a time again (I think that is what you are talking about)!
what im saying is the faster you release videos the faster you will run out of games to play on the channel and i can see that you have a lot of requests but dont try doing them as fast as you can.

By the way its a different biome called the crimson. in a terraria world there is a 50:50 chance that there will be the corruption or the crimson. the crimson in my opinion is better because of the end game loot (vampire knives). but the corruption is easier and has ok end game loot (scourge of the corrupter)
ok because i would like to help you with your terraria lets play. i wouldnt call myself a master but i do have a lot of experience in it (150+ hours on PC and PS4). so if you ever need some help just ask.

I'm currently doing a terraria series on my PS4 and i have it on my PC but i don't know what to use to record. What are you using to record on your PC? because i want to do a dig or die and/or terraria PC let's play and my many other games.
The Crusher I have been using Open Broadcast Software. Some other good recording software is Fraps and Shadowplay (it comes with some NVIDIA graphics cards). Because my internet connection isn't that great, it can take hours to upload the large video files that Fraps and Shadowplay create, so I have been mostly using OBS because the files are smaller.
The Crusher Yeah, a slow internet connection is very limiting when it comes to recording software unfortunately :( But OBS should be pretty good. I have only encountered problems on more graphically intensive games. When I set up my main computer again, I will find the name of the other software I use when the videos "skip" that sometimes fixes the problem. But yeah, I am glad I could help :)
ARollingWalrus I got OBS and its working but i cant view the files. (the flv files) Do you know any safe to download flv file viewers, if not how do you view the flv files?
The Crusher I honestly don't remember the specific enemy, but it is one of the harder to kill lightning bug things. Once I finish a game, my short-term game knowledge disappears really quickly :/
Thanks, i found them just after a HUGE chasm and im so close to finishing the game, i just need stuff from the sky islands but the nights are brutal (im on normal btw). also im not very good at base building but your design got me through most of the nights so thank you.
The Crusher I am glad that I could help! Congratulations on making it so far on normal, you are braver than I am! I can't take all the credit for my base design (the water-proof part of it at least) since I created it based on a screenshot the developer showing how to water-proof your base :P But building all the guns ever is kinda how I roll XD
You need to build separate rooms for each of the NPC characters to move in to. So start by expanding your house big time. Each room has to have a bed, door, light source. 20 rooms accommodates all npcs. terraria.wikia.com/wiki/Home wiki link explains minimum size requirements for NPC rooms
may i suggest a game? how about Don't starve?.. or how about stranded deep? Don't starve multi player or reign of giants? sorry i love don't starve or troll quest? i would really like to see that please.

when i was testing the game in peaceful mode i found with the shotgun if you jump and shoot down or a downward angle it actually pushes you back so i can get more height with this tactic but if i do it when i'm underground and hit the ceiling i can injure myself
Alastair Lu Thanks for sharing your experience! I don't remember if I mentioned that dynamic in my videos, but that is a good tip. If I do another let's play of a later version of Dig or Die, I will be sure to include it :)
You can press TAB to open the inventory, you can actually change all the controls ;) The intro tutorial where you must press 'ENTER', that's VERY temporary. But excellent point. You don't have to sit and click each time to craft every bullet or arrow. Hold 'SHIFT' and left click. The reason you can build a house is for the multiplayer side of things and to decrease sanity loss when within your own house. There is also a map partially implemented but not yet made available in-game. :) I'd like to point out that you played the game 5 days after the original release of the early access and so you may feel this way about the game now... However, I update the game on a daily basis (usually) and so I recommend taking another look in the future. There is a direction I'm taking the game in, the games final goal is just massive and hard to see from the current state. The artwork is being re-done, and tons more is going on at the moment. ANYWAYS.. ^^^ (After all that) Great review, thanks for the feedback.

Xavier Arriaga They are cute but they are alot of work. Far more work and money than I expected. I had to buy washable fleece bedding to cut down on the cost. Plus you need to have two since they are really social and like having a buddy. Also, they can live to be a decade old. I recommend getting a hamster or a rat XD
ARollingWalrus well i wouldn't mind getting either one. i would like to get a hamster or a mouse/rat, yet again my sister is terrified of little animals. Thats why i got a beta fish. then both of them died...........i miss them so much.... ):
ARollingWalrus i was playing this game i jump down the cavern and had a teleporter with me so then when it was near night time i just go trough it back to my base
