Reselling is illegal. They buy fake products and sell them on apps such as Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, etc. They do not list their items as fake or replica, and the people buying thinks the items are legit. This is no different from credit card cloning.
its not really legal per say, but it is one of the lesser hurtful finesse's. I say that because, although the item may not be real, if you are a GOOD reseller, you will seek out 1:1s of the best quality
