I consider myself 3c/4a and it’s so weird seeing similarities in someone else’s hair. I can barely maintain my hair after day 1. So I just end up wearing it in a ponytail or bun until my next wash day. It frizzes so much. But I’m going to try to wash it late afternoon, early evening like you’re doing and see if that works. Thank you.
I love this routine! I am trying to do some of the same things as well. You are doing amazing with your spiritual journey. Your devotional and your affirmations are always a way to remember the God power is within you. You are learning God word and using affirmations to harness the power that God gave you to complete the mission/purpose God has set for you. . What devotional are you using? I have read and re read through the ones I have 3 plus times. Definitely looking for a new one.
Please don't mix Christianity with New age. You prayed to the Father when you got up, read a Bibilical devotional and then proceeded to write affirmations that were not based on your walk with the Lord. Affirmations that state "I" am going to make it happen etc etc is not the walk God. You are counting on your own "power" when God says to depend on him. That is New Age. Please be clear when publicly expressing your walk so that Gods children are not lead astray. This is a soft rebuke. Hopefully you take heed. God will make it happen and you put your Faith in him. New Age beliefe- I am God, I make it happen, I I I I I....Christianity God/Jesus makes it happen, faith and belief in him, him, him, him. That is the difference.
Read the bible sharmaine, we hold the power of affirming and declaring over our lives. God is within us. Jesus says in Luke 17:21, “behold, the kingdom of God is within you.” You have been given the God-power within you to have the good you desire. “It is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.” (Luke 12:32).
@@claudiamarekia5125 Please dont cherry pick scripture. You took those versus out of context (Like alot of NEW AGERS DO) Kingdom of God means his will. Yes he may grant diseres of our heart but they have to be in ALIGNMENT with HIS WILL, not yours. Please read whole chapters before throwing out verses. If you lead Gods children astray, you will have to answer for it!
This is her morning routine. You do what works for you and that really is the simple answer. How do come on someone else's channel and tell then what not to do for their morning routine. You watch take what applies (if you learn something new) then leave what doesn't. As for affirmations....those are declaration statements to meet you where you are in life. Affirmations aren't biblical. Everyone's affirmations are going to be different. Affirmations are what you are affirming in your life for you! You make w a declaration you're going to make it happen. That's not her leaving God out the equation. As a communication specialist here's a tip that will see you through in life. Always start off with a positive before a negative when providing feedback or criticism. It sets the tone! When you start off negative it leads to these type of responses you're getting. Because that's what we call energy. You left the wrong type of energy on her page. This is a young lady doing something positive on her channel. Who are you to rebuke her. That's not how we instill confidence or correction in young women. I don't know about you but I always wake up and say Thank you Lord for waking me up along with my family. That part made me smile off that back ☺️ This coming from a 42 year old. When you lead with grace you age with grace!
Advice on vitamins: try gummies. It makes me feel like I'm eating candy 😂 Yes, most have sugar, but that little sugar peps me up w/ a crash for my workout... plus, they don't bother my stomach as much. Great video; thank you for sharing. Really appreciate the journal prompt ⭐️

Great vid!!!! I was washing my hair today.. many people have told me they like my curls and that I should wear it curly but I never have. I always blow dry it out and rarely use a curling iron. I wash my hair every 2 1/2 weeks. I am definitely going to try this next time. You’re hair came out GORGEOUS ‼️
