The XS fits perfectly into the bit kit slot of a Leatherman pouch. I carry them with my G10 Earth Charge. Great compliment. I originally bought it as a novelty/fidgeting item. But found out it's quite useful. I get that the 5-inch model will be superior in most ways, but don't discount it.Specially when paired with a Leatherman or SAK.
Hi whenever i tries to do force regen. My truck's abs light comes ON and i cannot start regen until its gone. When i quit the Regen, ABS light is gone. Help me here what should i do. I tried clearing the code and going back to regen and is same.
The easiest way is to remove the drive lines on both sides. Or you can put pressure to that hose comes off the brake and then that’ll release it hydraulically
John Deere is not Deere. They are Hitachi, until you get to P models. Excellent machines, have 11 of them. CAT is fine too, but service and customer support is crap.
I was using the 4" model and felt like I had to babysit the adjustment all the time when placing the pliers on a nut or bolt head because they would slip out of place because they won't lock. Really happy with 5" for everyday carry. I probably use them everyday at work which saves me time going and getting my tool bag from the work van. An EDC kit is a must have for me now when I walk out the door to go to work. Saved me hundreds of trips back out to the van to grab my tool bag for a simple repair.
Lithium ion batterys are the cause of a lot of fires. The chemistry of the battery is stable within a very specific voltage window. In order to keep the battery with in the safe range of voltage they enginner safety systems into the 1. the battery 2. the charger and 3. The cordless tool..the safety system will prevent the battery from going into “thermal runnaway” or “boom boom”. Be careful when using knock offs and don't assume the internal components are the same as a genuine. Lots of lithium ion battery fires stem from cheaply made battery packs being charged or used in device that it was not engneried and tested for. You tube lithium ion battery thermal run away for examples.
Had a guy ask to ride my dirt bike once. And I said "if you can start it" 20 mins goes by and no start. He informs me "I use to ride so I know there's something wrong with your bike, I did everything and still no start(it was a kick/eletric start)" so I asked "did you turn the gas on?" Blank look... I go over and my bike with obvious issues just didn't have the gas turned on.. silly boys.
Home depot 299.dewalt and Milwaukee only 30$ more. Between aeg? And these 3...1 company makes 2...or 3 of them. So...they are all ok but ryobi has everything. So many tools mowers radios fans power stations nailers every kind of tool and none of mine have ever broke or started smoking like my dewalt tools
Thorogood, in my opinion, is better than RedWing. I've had both and loved both. Thorogood is more comfortable and lasts longer. I feel like RedWing tries not to fix warranty stuff due to their name and reputation. Thorogood will take care of you with no hassle.
This is a crazy video. What in the world could you be working on every day that the smaller ones "won't open far enough"? The conclusion here seems based on a false premise that "everything" you want to grip with them is greater than 1" in diameter. That's just false for normal everyday use. Another post said the author here is a heavy equipment mechanic. But a person that works that job should have a very well stocked real tool kit. Not an itty bitty set of pliers in his pocket. I don't get this at all. The Cobra XS are a fantastically useful product.
