usha ji , 1 cup 250 ml ka hota hai matlab aap usmein jo bhi liquid loge jaise doodh, pani oil wo 240 ml hi aayega... lekin agar cheeni, maida ,milkpowder, , atta koi bhi dry cheez loge to weight mein alag alag hogi jaise 1cup maida 120 gm hota hai cheeni 1 cup mein 200 gm aati hai , isi tarah milk powder lagbhag 130 se 150 gm aata hai... isliye main cup or gm dono ka meaisurement deti hoon.. or please gulab jamun ke liye full fat wala milk powder hi lijiyega jaise ki patanjali .. ya fir 1-2 tsp cream mila lijiyega to gulabjamun soft banenge...
Yea it's true. When I made it first time i had used patanjali milk powder and it had turned out perfect. After that I could never get that recipe right as I had used netsle n amulya brand. It turned out chewy n hard. So patanjali is best for sweets.
I’ve two questions: can we make whole wheat buns with some ratio of ingredients. 2nd- how to make plum white kulcha and can it be made with whole wheat or multigrain flour
