It really wasn't too hard. Find a 4bt from a bread van that had a gm trans behind it and use that to adapt it. The bell housing will bolt up. I did have a custom flywheel/spacer set up because the adapter I got had an auto behind it. So I used the flex plate for the ring gear then a spacer then the redrilled 4.3 flywheel. But I do think the triangle piece would mount up to a regular manual flywheel too
Needs underwater exhaust. Also a boat that won't sink. 😂 Also you need to fire whoever filmed this in vertical format. Sweet unconventional swap. Bet you can pull a ton of tubers.
Won't even get up on plane with a 19 Pitch. I need more pitch, it just plays with it even at 55mph theres like no load, the engine is on the governor at 3800rpm
I know this is a old vid and probably won't get a response but what all was done to the motor or is it completely stock cause I'd like to do this with a 6.5 there a good engine but it sucks they don't have much aftermarket support
I also see an aftermarket air to water intercooler. What do you have the fuel turned up to and what are you getting for egts? I am looking to build one like this for my lobster boat at around 180 hp @ 3000.
The hart and soul from this 1994 Blue Bird TC2000 lives on in your 1984 Ford F250 that had the International 6.9L IDI in it. the Cummins is a much better engine. How difficult was it to get this engine in your F250 do you have a video of the engine in the truck?
