You car has came a long ways, look great. I still have mine but it vibrates the carb loose. So there is something wrong with the engine. The vibration isn't really noticeable while running but it will loosen the carb up
@@goodboyringo9716 the only time I've ever had my carb come loose is I used the wrong length bolts that go through the carb that I recall if you have the right bolts then throw some loctite on them and see what happens hopefully it holds. Good luck mate
@@evolverc1822 ... I thank you for your time and help but I bought this car new and the bolts are original , I did lock tight them it just doesn't seem to help . After this hot weather I may run it once more after it has been setting over a year and see what happen.
@@edgaracosta8147 hi mate I had to look up where that is. I'm from Australia so have no idea. Go for a drive and look up maps in your area and see if you can find somewhere similar that's all I did to find this park good luck mate
What gears are you running on that rig? Even tho ive already ordered some 23/54 gears. What do you think my performance gain will or will not be, with a 34cc esp on rovan lt?!!
19/62 for track racing. The higher you go in pinion gear the more top end speed you will get but lower torque on take off. Really comes down to what you want to achieve experiment with different sizes until your happy with it. But 23tooth will be fine for a 34cc. Thanks for watching hope that helps 👌
@@evolverc1822 man you know I'm getting her this year! 650 not bad forget the 30 buggy ha I like the roll cage look and it's sound great video thank you
Hey mate no I haven't used the mcd clutch set up as of yet. But have heard great things about it from other mcd drivers at the track. Thanks for watching cheers 👌
@@evolverc1822 not glue stick. They sell loctite blue in a glue stick fashion. So it doesnt spill or need to be squeezed. I use like a deodorent type one.. better than liquid
@evolverc1822 how do you feel that the standard equipment will hold up to a Taylor 35cc V2, or even a bigger bore? I'm keen to put a 35 V2 into a RWd Elcon TraXX, looking forward to seeing how this "unmodifiable" platform holds up 💪 and yes, I know it's built to race, not bash 😅
@@signaturedean hi honestly I have no idea. The fourtex isn't designed to fit a bigbore so it wouldn't work without having to change the whole centre drive system. The 35 would fit as its a zenoah style design I don't see it being a problem for the car itself the parts are top notch honestly the best I've seen so far. Not too take away from other car designers they all are fantastic and are superior quality in there own right. especially taylor rc mcd and others but are designed for different applications. But in saying that who knows what the future holds anything is possible. 👌
