I recently purchased that same size excavator with a tilt hitch. And you press a button under the thumb controls on the left you can cycle between the boom and the tilt hitch (if you buy a tilt hitch with it. witch I highly recommend). We also have a Takeuchi 8 ton excavator and I find it less of a hassle with the thumb controls rather than the foot controls.
@@TomSanga in all my years I've never heard of an excavator that came with a hitch of any kind let alone a tilt hitch. Some people put a trailer hitch on the dozer blade to move trailers around.

It could be the missing link needed to boost hydrogen infrastructure and solve the chicken/Egg problem.
