This channel was created to help give people the knowledge and confidence they need to work on their own home. Knowledge leads to confidence, and confidence leads to creating skills. I have learned so much from people in my life, and I want to help empower others to action.
I have been helping our family business of renovating houses for flips and rentals since I was 7 years old. I still have much to learn, but I hope we can all help each other out on here.

Thank you so much! I was able to order the part for only $18 and fix it at home myself. I was so proud of myself and saved my family so much money and time thanks to your video!
The one we used to have had a drain hole but a cloth out the back helps to keep the water flowing down and away from the wall. It only takes a tiny strip of towel and if it stays wet it will draw up (and out) the rest of that water at least enough to keep it from getting nasty in the unit.
Noice review! You asked for suggestions for upgrades or changes and as a basic dad DIY guy, I found the Milwaukee Fastback utility knife as unbeatable. Never thought about such a simplistic tool making a difference, but it does. Not a Milwaukee brand fanboy at all, (almost everything else I have is DeWalt) however their straight scissors ✂️ ($15) are one of my favorite investments Thanks for helping me with ideas to make my own toolbag better 👍🏽
I got a new full assembly, and still having the same results. Polite comes on, but goes out as soon as the release the pilot. Possibly the Main burner is no good, even though it looks good. Even the parts guy I went to thought the Main burner was good.
Could you point me in the right direction please... my washer fills with water but then stops there... if input it in the spin cycle it will spin.. it just wont go intonits regular cycle after filling with water... thanks!
I just recently found out about this my self when me and the wife had to install our window type AC recently. IT DOES make the room cooler faster. We used to just let the installer instalk the unit. They would always remove the plug that traps some of the water in.
Me : someone whoes bro was an engineer, I knew of this condensed water picked by the fan to collect the condenser/ heating coil. Hence, when I grew up and moved to my own home and installed a window air-conditioner and never drained the water to gain efficiency, however I did not realise that product quality have deteriorated since many years AND the result of "my efficiency gain knowledge" was that the botton iron part of condenser and metal frame have all RUSTED 😂
