Honestly in my opinion it’s not really that big of a deal. I live in Wisconsin and I don’t really use my rear defroster that much. Or just call and see how much a new one is because the time and money might be better off just buying a new one.
If you wear Polarized sunglasses you will definitely notice that. Some films might have more of that look than others. The films I use don’t show that.
I remember when the first shop tinted the sides and back window of my forte 20% even though i wanted 35% i couldn't see out my windows at night like on dark streets it was hard to see at night your right no darker then 50 on the windshield
I love my 35% windshield but wouldn’t go any darker even with bright led headlights. I have a buddy that does tint in my area and he said people have asked him to do 5% on the whole windshield and he won’t do it

Congrats on starting. That's a good idea about mobile. I'll have to see what I can come up with. I do a lot of running and tinting out of my shop and maybe I can share some good ideas that I use.
I think you have a valuable video that covers the topic at hand but you're literally giving me a migraine headache by constantly waving the gimbal on your iPhone ! Hold the darn thing still man ! Don't act like a 10 year old Tik-Toker when your making a presentation !
All those brands are good to start with. Yes I have used Flex with no issues at all. Find a brand that ships fast to your area so you don't have to wait a week for your order.
I’ve been practicing 2 staging and keep getting felt or dirt from the bottom seal when tucking. Any tips on how to avoid ? Thanks and have a great day!
Hmm, you might be getting it from the tint touching the panel when removing the liner? I usually wipe the door when I’m cleaning the glass. Wipe everything before you do the final spray to lay the film.
