People seriously need to make the effort to dress up for these things. A T-shirt is a no no and what I see the women there wearing does not honour the host or whoever organised the tea party for them.

good to see that estate gardens are being kept going by the national trust, all that I can see lacking are glasshouses and potting shed and most importantly young apprentices to become the journeymen and head gardeners of the next generation
We have upper Canada Village where I live. Old mills and ways of life on display. I am planning a far simpler existence in retirement. The kids do really need to see this. They have no idea.
