terrible champ reduce the w minnimum charget time to 0.5 seconds and nerf the cc + buff q damage all is fine but rn q does less damage than nautilus basic attacks and w min charge time is 0.75 seconds while the max charge time is 1 seconds like how cluncky do you want a champ too be i know he gets a midscope soon but come on btw the 2nd song was nice xD
