Camera angles sure are deceptive. I have a huge hill out by my place i like to take in my Bajaj. The video never shows it true i feel. It does a better job going down but thats a easy line of sight.

Nice one, Stella. Congratulations. I found some in Egypt too, what they do is drop them into a fire, or roast them on a flame on the stove. This way, usually they crack u open by themselfs, and they dont splitter when opening this way. Keep going, good luck
Cool dad alert! :) I have been taking my son for geologic expeditions too, we are fortunate to live in a geologically diverse and exciting place (the Oslo graben). But I don't know how to find geodes. I know where to find Cambrian fossils but it's illegal to take anything from that island :)
