Funnily enough, I'm pretty sure Luvia and Rin are related (like far away) and have the same kind of magecraft (jewelry) but Luvia specializes in hand-to-hand and even got the nickname "Forklift" lmfao There is also a version of Fate (dunno which) where Sakura was sent to the Edelfelt's which is Luvia's family she was treated way better than she was in main timeline
If memory serves luvia and rins ancestors who were twins traveled to Japan for I believe the second or third holy grail war. After the war one twin stayed and the other left.
Do we know if there's a "canon" route ? I suppose it's opened to interpretation and with the Marshall technically every route is canon in their own part of the multiverse...Mhhh. I don't know but in my book Fate was the typical romance as seen in books with the potential ever after down the line in utopia, while HF was more like the rescue of the damsel that is so broken that it will be impossible to have a conventional relationship ( and i still think Sakura has it the worse no matter the route. Freaking worms.) but at least can reach some modicrum of peace and finally, UBW seems to be to most realistic one from a relationship standpoint. Fate leads probably to ARCHER more than any other route i think ? ( Or is it the one where Saber and Rin goes to the clocktower while Shirou goes from war to war, alienating every person that has loved him only to die?).
Archer comes from a timeline similar to the Fate route but in his timeline he was not able to save Saber's heart. In the normal Saber route, Shirou did not become Archer because he wanted to reunite with her, this lead to the "last episode" (search for it here on RU-vid, that is a scene that has only be adapted in the VN). Basically Shirou will not become Archer
Even tho I consider UBW the bad route cause of his inevitable fate as a counter guardian, I like seeing shirou in mage school, especially when he was at 1 point so ignorant of what the world of mages looked like
Shirou didn't become Archer in the ubw route (thanks to Rin), as a matter of fact Shirou didn't become Archer in any of the 3 routes, Archer comes from a different timeline similar to the Fate route but he was not able to save Saber's heart.
@@alsace2 because ppl dont pay attention to subtext. Even then the whole point of the route is about deviating Shirou from Archer's path and ppl still missed it
It's been a while since I last watched the FATE/STAY NIGHT anime's, but I don't remember which one this clip is from. Seems to be a few years after the Grail War.
