Ok I need help I am on the market looking for a good monitor for my gaming experience so between these 3 could someone help me choose one LG- Ultra gear 32" oled dual mode 4K UHD 240hz, FHD 480 hz Asus-Rog swift 32" oled dual mode 4K 240 hz, UHD 480hz and at last, Alienware-AW3225QF 31.6" qunatum dot oled curved gaming monitor 4k 240hz. Any help would be appreciated. Hey, you just got a new subscriber.
Thank you for subscribing! Here’s how you could approach it: Gaming Priorities: Consider your gaming preferences. If you play fast-paced games like shooters or racing games, the higher refresh rates (480Hz) on the LG and Asus models might be a key factor. As long as your GPU can handle it. Display Type: The Quantum Dot OLED on the Alienware could offer more vibrant colors and deeper contrasts, which might appeal to you if you’re into cinematic visuals. If you’re looking for versatility, both the LG and Asus models offer dual-mode displays, which could be beneficial if you want the flexibility to switch between resolutions and refresh rates. Build and Aesthetic: The curved screen on the Alienware might provide a more immersive field of view, especially in larger setups. BUT if you plan to do professional design work; a curved panel is not gonna cut it. Hope this helps.
@@CreateConsumeRepeat Yes it does help thank you so much but I wanna add this I am more into single playing games however I do play destiny crucible and warzone but not as much as I play single player. And no i do not plan to use my monitor for professional design, i am going to use it only for gaming and streaming. so one last question should I go with the Alienware? Once again thanks and keep doing what you are doing.
@@CreateConsumeRepeat Yes, mines came yesterday and just tested, this is what you get. With Compression (420f): 3840x2160 (4K) up to 60hz 2560x1440 (2K) up to 144hz 1920x1080 (p) up to 240hz Oddly there are resolutions between 720p and 480p that don't offer refresh rates greater than 60hz but I will say they run at a much more stable 60 than the Shadowcast 2, so it's runs very smooth with out any frame drops and the same is true for the uncompressed (420v) format. With no Compression (420v): 3840x2160 (4K) up to 30hz 2560x1440 (2K) up to 60hz 1920x1080 (p) up to 120hz Frame rates are also stable in this mode and like before anything between 720p and 480p only offer the 60hz refresh option. My test is with 2 M4 iPads Pro's that I use as monitors with the same internal resolution of sidecar. It works great and it's a great alternative if you don't have space for a Studio Display with the added benefit that you also get Tandem OLED and it looks amazing. Unfortunately, I'm not great at doing videos but happy to share photos of what that looks like if you'd like.

I just picked this up yesterday on sale $1200 + tax Love the specs but still not sure of it's overkill for what i need it for!? Also would love to spend less😅Wondering which 32" and or above + 4k monitor is best for my M2 Studio? *would love it for excel etc too* Great video! New Subscriber!
The sidius and neewer app is annoying because every time I turn the lights on or off it has trouble connecting or takes forever. I am wondering if there is a way to control it via RF with one remote for different lights
I was having the same issue and had a professional videographer suggest a varipoles. Now I have the two bars coming in the mail and I'm unsure if I need a top bar or if I should just place them horizontally
As mentioned in the video, placing these tubes horizontally isn’t recommended for heavy loads and extended periods of time. I personally wouldn’t do it but I know some other creators swear by it.
@@CreateConsumeRepeat yeah you did a great job with this video. Literally answered every question I had. I wasn't expecting a level of detail. I see a bright future for your channel!
Had this for 3-4 weeks. Incredible. I never wanted a curved monitor but another YTer said it was so subtle, to try it. I Love the curve. no need to wait for flat. My LG 32GQ950 sits next to it. I still prefer the curved QD OLED. Firmware updates have fixed all the issues. Can catch these at $999 on sale. That's what I paid. Worth every penny.
How dare you Sir. Not only did you take a dookie on the artists and the Wichowski (Sisters'?) work you did not even mention the Biblical foundation or more importantly "Equilibrium" a film that was not only similar but competing with The Matrix in the box office at the exact same time yet another nod by the programmers or freed humans outside this aquarium that this is but a dream. Great dissection and critical breakdown far more analytical and knowledgeable than I could ever be about the inspirations and whatnot, take care.
I have the blackmagic studio pro HD and just updated the atem control software but I don’t have the eq setting in the audio section, does anyone know how I can get it ?
@@CreateConsumeRepeat gotchu do you have any video on just setting up obs with the stem mini pro iso. I having a problem with getting my game audio to come through and is there a way to still record all for camera streams of the stem iso if it’s connected to obs?
I just wanted to come show you some love man your channel has really helped me out so much while learning how to stream! I love the Atem + Obs combo using all your videos. Please more OBS + Atem videos
One major flaw of this monitor is that it does not have a USB-C display port. The USB-C port is for charging your phone ONLY! It has no audio jack or built in speakers. So if you have one of those Dell XPS laptops or Desktops with amazing RTX GTX graphics cards but just a headphone jack. you are out of luck. Blue tooth speakers or laptop speakers. So much for full on media. A great monitor with crappy sound is not appealing to me.
While I agree that not having a USB-C display port is a bit of a letdown, this monitor offers plenty of other ways to connect. And sure, laptop speakers are 'fine' for gaming on the go, but pairing them with this display? That’s like slapping high-end race car tires on a tricycle. You’re just not going to get the performance you’re hoping for. Go for some proper speakers and let the display shine!✨
Thanks so much for the info. I've watched this so many times now and learning. How do I trigger these videos to be an overlay? For example we have goal graphics that come on when a team scores a goal. So I wanted to trigger one of those files to go off for a goal by pressing it on the streamdeck
Bought the Monitor a few days ago and I'm so happy I spent the extra buck for this beauty. My color standards are very high since I am a 3D artist and video-/photographer and they are definitely satisfied. Going with a 4k QD-OLED Panel was probably my second best decision in the past year coming close to the moment I chose to pursue my dream job full time. I hav not seen any Monitor that is this sharp. Coming from a 2k 32 inch monitor what amazed me the most is the text clarity, you could just stare at any text for hours on this monitor, stuff is sharper than reality. All in all there is just one major drawback which doesn't bother me but is worth pointing out: this Monitors only weakness is its reflectiveness, it is no joke. I sit parallel to my Window front so I dont get any reflections from sunlight and can use this Monitor without problems during daytime with windows wide open so as long as you position yourself accordingly you will be fine in HDR mode. But my Keyboards RGBs are reflected in the monitor. Heavily. Have to turn them off. Still best 32 inch monitor for a hybrid between high end gaming and high end productivity
@@lukasboysen1325 I just got this yesterday...haven't opened it yet! I was gonna ask abt your experience with text! I need a monitor that's Mac friendly for music and video editing along with productivity some excel etc* What made you purchase this one? I was lucky to get it on sale and wasn't looking for a curved monitor but I went with it! May be overkill for what I need it for...now I'm researching making sure it was the right option! Seems like it so far! Thanks for your breakdown!
I love the way you explain the connection between the protagonists real life and the idea (concept) of 2046, the destination of the train journey, using the novelist process. It helped me understand the film better and appreciate it fully. It’s more complex and layered than Mood and looses something in its ambition. But the point it makes is different imo. They work beautifully together. Both are mesmerising in different ways. Thank you.
the companion note 么 “Ignoring Stream Decks devices as the stream deck app is running” it“s seems can‘t word with stream deck app。could you offer some help?
It’s hard to understand your question but it seems like you’re asking why the companion can’t find the Stream Deck. As mentioned in the video, you need to load the Companion plugin on the stream deck. Please follow the video step by step.
'what most people don't assume is that OBS shares the same GPU, CPU and memory of your computer'? Really? So most people assume that an app, running on their computer uses none of that computers resources in order to run?
Can you use this setup to allow an iPad to be a monitor for an iPhone 15 Pro Max? I am trying to use my iPhone for video production work and would like to use my iPad as an external monitor. I don't mind if it is tethered. Any suggestions?
Apple has recently announced live production capabilities at their recent WWDC so take whatever I say with a grain of salt. Currently I am unaware of any official way to allow and IPad to be a monitor for and iPhone 15 Pro Max. That said, if you follow my tutorial… it could work but I wouldn’t recommend it.
Only downside i have with mine, is no aux port or speakers in monitor. Hard to get audio from consoles lol. I have to plug my speakers into my controller lmao
While the 4070 is capable of 4K your frame rate will more than likely never hit 120fps. Obviously this is dependent on many conditions like the type of games, DLSS,etc. When you take those factors into consideration I would stick with a 1440 OLED. Just my opinion.
