At least the beginnings of this talk are rather straightforward, quantum corrections to the area defines the quantum expansion - rest is based off holography and branes

Go through the previous works by Bousso, Mogghadam and others on the quantum expansion, but as of the branes works I am not sure, I haven’t followed string theory. But there are good arxiv papers you should check out for this
