0:15 I must say the foot placement for the T bar row from Life Fitness/Hammer Strength is poorly designed and not well thought out. The demonstrator in the video have to place both his feet well above the foot placement pedals. He's clearly out of space to step on top as well. I had all my toes sticking out just to balance myself in order to use this T bar row with good form. Any lower or mid foot placement on his T bar row will put strain on your lower back. Very dangerous to newbies using this T bar row from Hammer Strength. I'm actually surprised I'm the first one to complain about it. If you have this T bar row variant in your gym. Tell your gym to dump it for another brand. The distance from the foot placement and handles is ridiculously spaced apart which will leave you off balance.

For pedals, screw in with hands & then use small wrench to tighten the bolt so it stays put.Range of motion is a little awkward unless you’re sitting directly above the machine, like being on a regular bike. Even at awkward angle (sitting on sofa) it works different muscle groups, pedaling is harder and you can feel the burn.Also try sitting above it on a high chair, put hands behind the chair & feel the workout in stomach core.Great machine for small spaces. Don’t pedal like it’s a real bike - use a little more leg muscle and keep the foot pressure low on pedal, it should last that way (hopefully!). If machine is pushing away on the ground, that is a sign to use more leg muscle (burn) than foot pressure.Not always sure what the screen is showing, but it’s helpful to see some stats like number of pedals and time spent pedaling. Got one for my mom & she also likes it.

how much weight are you actually squatting when you take the machine leverages into consideration? for example 3 plates each side, 6 plates total, 6 x 20kg = 120kg, 120kg + 30.8kg (empty machine) = 150.8kg total weight on the machine. How much weight am I actually squatting because because squatting 150.8kg here does not equate to squatting 150.8kg on the barbell

@@vulturesiii6450 you can wear lifting shoes or you can position yourself close to handle part that would make you stay more upright thus lean backwards a hair less than positioning yourself really far backwards on the platform - hope it helps
