This is easily the worst example of women not getting paid equally. They were offered the exact same contract as the men back in 2016 (i think) and turned it down. They said they did not want the men's contract because it was based on performance and "pay to play" however, the women decided they wanted the guaranteed pay structure. Further the women get many benefits through their contracts than the men do (insurance coverage as well as accommodations for young children and for a care giver for that child)...The men get none of this. In fact, a judge recently shot down this stupid lawsuit as when you add it up, the women got paid MORE than the men. Stop lying to yourselves. There is no pay gap. And in this particular case it's the MEN getting the short end. It's a simple case of these women wanting MORE. They already get paid base salaries and now they also want to add the same bonus structure.
