Im 4 years late but to do this easily instead of using butter on the pan use sunflower oil to basically cover the surface. Use the butter on the cookies and use a brush to spread it.
Check oven door removal in your manual. There are safety tabs on the hinges that can be moved in order to pull the door off to make cleaning inside the oven easier. Plus easier access to door if you need to take that apart to clean the inside of panes of glass. I love your channel!
