Will they come into a box hung onto a brick wall? How high is recommended? We’re a new build so there’s not much nature for these poor little birds, so I want to give them a home ❤
My cat is killing house mice everyday we leave the mouse in mealworm bird feeder but something landed in feeder and taking the mice during night - just past midnight - I suspect it’s a owl - we live in semi rural area ! My cat feeding the birds as magpies too taking the mice from the feeder!
I´m missing the "KILLS" part in this video ... this is simply lame, no painful deathscreams of the baby pigeons, no lifeless bodies covered in blood after the attack ... simply lame and boring ... 👎👎👎
1980 i came across a wood pigeon nest in a woods not far from me. in may a sparrowhawk had built a nest on top of it, the following year a Buzzard built a nest on top of the sparrowhawk.. so it does happen
I'm with the pigeon fanciers here! I hate these cold blooded assassins.Every Spring and summer they dessimate the beautiful song birds that come to my garden for food to feed their young leaving the young to die in their nest.They seem to have no natural enemies of their own.They're getting to be to many,they should be culled.
I know they're cute and we do indeed love them but all housecats are heartless serial killers. Meaning, they kill for fun and recreation or boredom. All of them. Even yours. Yes, yours. They'd do it to us if they could.
I saw a pile of feathers at the top of my garden and had a look at the cctv recording from the camera in my back garden thinking that the local cats had killed something I was really stunned when I found that the culprit was actually a sparrow hawk it had taken a dove in midair and I have to say to watch this was amazing the speed and accuracy of the sparrow hawk was mind blowing I had to watch the footage a couple of times to work out where the dove came from and where the sparrow hawk came from the first time I watched the recording the whole event was over in seconds I just saw a few featherers in mid air float down to the ground and when I played the footage back in slow motion I was knocked back at the hunting skills of this amazing bird the sparrow hawk is a true master at hunting
