Closest recreation of 2003 designs so far, though could be a lot better. In addition to few little details they got wrong, head sculpts are absolutely terrible. Looks ALMOST good from the front, but that prolongued chin absolutely destroys the side view! Also that price.... ugh... master Splinter will ot be pleased.
Honestly these figures seem like the ultimate Monkey's Paw for me. "Oh we finally are getting some show accurate 2003 figures! But they're super expensive and don't come with neat accessories..." For the price of one of these you can get the full set of the og 2003 figures rereleased on entertainment earth which is probably what I'll do.
I got those and these but I also got a big bonus the week the pre-order dropped. I agree the accessories leave a lot to be desired though and it's why I hope they don't do every single character from the show since there's gonna be a point where no one's gonna buy them. But for me all I really need is the Turtles, alternate heads, and the weapons, so I don't mind too much even though it's a little bit of a missed opportunity
I don't own it so I don't know. This collection is really bare bones from what I've seen of it, like it just looks slapped together as if to shut the 03 fans up. It doesn't even have an interesting menu screen I couldn't imagine it having extras.
About fucking time is right. Been waiting for this for damn near 2 decades. Sucks so much that so many shows I grew up with are so fucking neglected compared to everything before and after it. Like the 1994 Spiderman and X-Men Evolution, for example.
I haven't seen X-Men Evolution since it came out, I've been meaning to rewatch it. I also wish Hasbro would give more love to Transformers Animated, I love G1 as much as the next guy but we've got enough G1 stuff already.
Thank you! I drew Sonic in photoshop with my drawing tablet and overlaid the images over a video I took with my camera in sony vegas. All in all Sonic has over a 100 individual frames of animation in this video.
The first turtles game is fantastic once you find the games patterns it’s cake… ie what turtle to use for specific enemies and as you already mentioned having all turtles share damage with the exception of don…
Same here. Never able to get past area 3 as a kid. Never got past area 4 as an adult. I liked everything about the game except its unrelenting difficulty and clunky platforming. Never had much of an issue with the underwater section, even without save states. I like both the original cartoon series and the 2003 reboot. Not a fan of the 2012 version because I find the turtle's designs and the CG animation off-putting.
