Quick question:- where do the terms 'puddleduck', 'cottontail', etc originate? You'll find that her 'genius' was in plagiarising folktales from the Black slave experience in the old American South. Has this been publicly acknowledged and credited by the Potter society and avid readers.
Excellent! I love the story. Beatrix Potter's work. If only we took such care for humans and other spaces as we do for dogs and furniture, art, architecture, literature and legacies.
This has been the most boring museum curators podcast I have ever seen. you could have made it halfway interesting by showing us some of the items in the packaging and telling us a little about them.. But instead it was like a lesson on how to take care of stuff, but yet not even that. Good grief. Get a clue. And I've watched a lot of curator stuff and ENJOYED IT!!! YOU NEED TO WATCH SOME TOO. OBVIOUSLY.
Thank you for your comment. This video was made nearly nine years ago and was one of my first attempts at video work. It's so far from perfect as you've kindly pointed out, but we have to start somewhere and I cherish all constructive criticism. Thanks again.
Hi, I'm not sure. The National Trust were undertaking the scans. Maybe it doen't matter which way they are scanned in, as long as they are reversed later. As I say, I'm not sure and that was just my guess.
I remember when i went here when i was pregnant with my 4th child and had very bad sickness throughout my pregnancy. My sickness was that bad i had to be hospitalised . Kind of the sicknesx kate middleton had when she was expecting. All i wanted to do was sit down. Anyway we looked around the gardens and looked around the house and what a feeling . It felt like i was standing next to beatix potter her self as her spirit inpected the house throughout . What such a lovely feeling and very welcoming and such a heart warm human being. I would LOVE to live there . My ideal home. I recommend that anyone who has not been here go's because its a place that you could call your own. So beautiful.
*Ryan's shed plan plainly shows that he has been in the field for quite a time now [Check Details Here⇒>**t.co/OSFln0LpcB** ]. He doesn't write like one who copied from a different source. I respect his work!*
Great work, I know some people from the Lake District and I'll never forget visiting there. There are some folk close to me here in Trinidad called Allum. Thanks www.prenkacole.com

We're from Japan, and really exited of the new book published this year. At the age of my son, I visited the Hill Top amazed how beautifully the place has been kept. Thank you National Trust, I love to take these boys to England to tour these beautiful places.
Hill Top is open for tours Darlene. Have a look at the National Trust's website for details: www.nationaltrust.org.uk/hill-top/ It's a lovely place to visit :-)
