I'm surprised more people don't talk about how they encouraged and pretty much flooded The country with these pills that were as easy as candy to get and then all of a sudden they pretty much dried up to the point where legit people couldn't get them for pain and then suddenly heroin was everywhere I made it all of my adult life before I even seen heroin before on the streets and it was fast thankfully just at the time I had finally quit and got sober was when fentanyl was hitting the streets so from about 2,000 to 2010 these pills were everywhere and then from about 2010 to 2013 heroin was everywhere and then now it's fentanyl synthetic man-made easily produced everywhere
I was deep into the thirties. I actually am pretty sure my dealers face is blurred out in the plane scene of this. I saw it when it first aired. I had just left south eastern KY and came to MI to try to get ny self together cuz i was right there with everyone in this doc. I just now... Last month... Moved out of a halfway house and into my own place. Seeing this again, im not even far into it... Dudes talking about his gf over dosing.... God those things were so dangerous... They had the weirdest release... Kick like a mule but no legs. Ive said really from day one... They were made to be addictive... Worse than vicodin, worse than the OG oxy contin... Those roxxycett (spelling may be questionable) could get your tolerance through the roof so fast cuz they just had zero lasting effect. Like when he said he woke up at 12:59... I almost promise you he woke up sick cuz thats how those things would do ya... Literally have to do not one but two pills right before laying down and if ya had to so much as go and turn a light off in the other room you may as well do one more now... And then youd still snap awake exactly six hours later with a cold sweat right on the verge of DT's... Thats why i left .. they were starting to close the drs and i saw everyone start ripping each other off etc and i could tell which way the wind was blowing so i took off. These days im on MAT and do therapy and what not but watching this really makes me realize how close I cane to be one of the ones who didnt make it.

Bollocks. Frankie Boyle was good pre Netflix stand up show (same goes for Jimmy Carr). Now he's a wokeist. Only good comedians around now are Peter Kay, Dave Spikey, Chubby Brown. Jerry Sadowitz is better than Boyle by a long shot as well.
