How do we set the up/down mode so that one quick press (either up or down) and the blinds automatically go (up or down) without me needing to keep pressing down the button?
Alright folks this works - to program/ pair your remote and shades, open the battery covers of your remote and you should find C and L buttons on the chip 1. Go to a blind you want to program and select the desired channel on your remote 2. Click the program button, wait for the shades to go up and down and then you’ll start to hear 5-6 beeps and within this time frame click C on the back of your remote and it should be paired. Test and repeat for other shades. 3. To make height adjustments, select the desired channel and click L. The shade should go up and down. First we set the bottom - so click down button on the remote and click stop once the shade has almost reached the bottom. Now when you click down button the shade should move in small movements towards down and when you feel it’s right click on C which confirms your bottom setting. Similarly now press the up button and stop and adjust by clicking the up button multiple times till you feel it’s right height and click C. This should come out of the program mode so that you can test. I didn’t try how to favorite a position but so far I have the desired settings.

In 2024, the screws they gave me I needed a 1/8 drill bit. Also, yes the new hooks are a bit harder to work with aka the thing that latches to the zebra shade cassette.
So when I connect to the bond wifi network and try to "continue" the setup of the app, I immediately receive a notification that the wifi is offline. But all my other devices that are connected to the home wifi are connected and functioning. I tried to talking to one of Select blinds service reps, but was told to contact Bond directly. Trying to talk with a human at Bond is impossible.. Any suggestions?

SelectBlinds is there a way to fix the 2 strings that are on the front of the blind? On the blind that your showing in the video it has 3 rows on the front of the blind, I'm not sure what to call it. My blind has 2 rows and on one row the string which is two strings corded through the blind from top to bottom it came loose at the very top, the part that you were holding when you were holding the blind. Thanks
