It turns out that it is a problem of evil spirits. The merit is too weak to bear the karma of all living beings. Only by cultivating well can we help others.
After helping his father and Teacher Cai, Teacher Cai's uncle felt himself in great pain. Master made a key point: if you have too little merit, you cannot help others. Therefore, people who have a kind and compassionate heart and want to use Dharma power to help others need to practice well and strengthen their foundation of merit.
After listening to Grandmaster JinBodhi’s explanation, it turns out that some antiques may be contaminated with bad smells if they come from burial objects, which may in turn affect our health, personal or family fortune, so we must handle them with care. Thank you Master for reminding me.
"Can it extend life?" I was very curious when I saw the title. What kind of plant can extend life after eating, and finally the answer was revealed. I like to drink Bubble Tea. I have a cup to relieve stress, a cup when I am happy, and a cup when I am troubled. It seems to have become a habit, but the fastest and most obvious thing that follows is weight gain. Grandmaster JinBodhi talked about the benefits of drinking tea, especially the tea that Master gives blessings for good health, peace and auspiciousness. Next, you should quickly change your tea drinking habit, drink it for health and longevity, and get rid of bad habits.
‘I am one who has transcended all, a knower of all, Unsullied among all things, renouncing all, By craving’s ceasing freed. Having known this all For myself, to whom should I point as teacher? I have no teacher, and one like me Exists nowhere in all the world With all its gods, because I have No person for my counterpart. I am the Accomplished One in the world, I am the Teacher Supreme. I alone am a Fully Enlightened One Whose fires are quenched and extinguished. I go now to the city of Kāsi To set in motion the Wheel of Dhamma. In a world that has become blind I go to beat the drum of the Deathless.’ I have vanquished all evil states, Who have won to destruction of taints. I have vanquished all evil states, Therefore, Upaka, I am a victor.’ The Tathāgata is an Accomplished One, a Fully Enlightened One. Listen, bhikkhus, the Deathless has been attained. I shall instruct you, I shall teach you the Dhamma. Practising as you are instructed, by realising for yourselves here and now through direct knowledge you will soon enter upon and abide in that supreme goal of the holy life for the sake of which clansmen rightly go forth from the home life into homelessness.’
Thus indeed, is that Blessed One: He is the Holy One, fully enlightened, endowed with clear vision and virtuous conduct, sublime, the Knower of the worlds, the incomparable leader of men to be tamed, the teacher of gods and men, enlightened and blessed. Saṁsappanīyasutta: “Bhikkhus, beings are the owners of their kamma, the heirs of their kamma; they have kamma as their origin, kamma as their relative, kamma as their resort; whatever kamma they do, good or bad, they are its heirs. “Here, having abandoned the destruction of life, someone abstains from the destruction of life; with the rod and weapon laid aside, conscientious and kindly, he dwells compassionate toward all living beings. He does not creep along by body, speech, and mind. His bodily kamma is straight; his verbal kamma is straight; his mental kamma is straight. His destination is straight; his rebirth is straight. But for one with a straight destination and rebirth, I say, there is one of two destinations: either the exclusively pleasant heavens or eminent families, such as those of affluent khattiyas, affluent brahmins, or affluent householders, families that are rich, with great wealth and property, abundant gold and silver, abundant treasures and belongings, abundant wealth and grain. Thus a being is reborn from a being; one is reborn through one’s deeds. When one has been reborn, contacts affect one. It is in this way, I say, that beings are the heirs of their kamma.
Burial objects are all filled with charms, and even real people are buried with resentment. We must be careful about ancient objects, especially burial objects. Thank you Grandmaster for your teachings.
