I'm surprised you didn't recognize the Afrika Bambaataa's Planet Rock sampling of Kraftwerk's Trans Europe Express, being that you and John were into break dancing back in the day. Good to see you back. I was just asking someone in the Discord server not long ago if you were ever coming back. I watched your rant and while I agree with some of it, I feel like maybe the K-pop you were exposed to at the time just happened to be the stuff you didn't care for, while a lot of excellent stuff got released that went under your radar--songs and new groups that you would have really liked. But I guess now you have a back catalog of good stuff to go through from the last couple of years.
now is a good time to get into them! they're having a comeback on oct 14, which is very soon! they'll be releasing a mini album named "live and fall" and they just released a mood film for it
thank you for reacting to xdinary heroes! and yes, you did pronounce their name right! they're a 6 member idol/rock band from studio j, a sublabel of jyp. this song is extra special to villains (fans) and xdinary heroes. it's their first ever ballad/slower song and holds a very deep meaning; this song was originally a poem the leader and drummer (gunil) wrote during his days in berklee on the beach at dawn. this is about someone he liked, but his love was never reciprocated. the last line "you'll never find this story of mine" explains that the person he wrote this for didn't, and probably will never know about it which is just so so devastating. nevertheless, this song is very appreciated in and outside the fandom! i'd love to see you check out more of their stuff, as their music is extremely diverse! one i highly suggest is iNSTEAD!, their latest song which is their heaviest song to date. by heavy, i mean METAL. another one is money on my mind, which gives off the vibes of a classic rock and roll song!
Thank you for checking Xdinary Heroes out!! They are a 6 member band (playing actual instruments) under JYP Entertainment and they have such diverse and interesting discography that anyone with any taste in music would find a song to appreciate! Good Enough was the first ballad they ever released, I think you should listen to their latest song "INSTEAD!" which is alse their heaviest release so far! You'll know what I mean when I say they have such a range in genres :)
12 individuals that absolutely have chemistry, and talent. 2024 was a mountain to climb for all of them-and they still support each other and make great music. Loved the reaction.
It's 12pm and I'm trying to watch the video without crying but I really can't I remember that he wanted to see Big Bang's comeback They came back even though it was only three of them but I wished he saw them more than I wished for myself. Oh my god I really need a hug💔😞
Love this reaction. Seeing people in their 40s and also have a background in music makes this wholesome. Edit: Should have done MAMA 2015 Bang Bang Bang performance as that one is the quintessential BigBang live performance. But Melon is fine too
I love all the reaction from you for Bigbang you guys give honest opinions and rational ones yes bigbang is so talented. You guys are not just for clout but you gihe opinions and reaction with sense. Thank you
The song confronts those who retreat from reality into "Virtual World" or alcohol, drugs, gambling any of the addictions. Causing pain to the ones who love them.
