That has already been done on the estate surroundings. Inside is still an active construction site and the greenery will be put in place at the planned schedule.

Thank you for your observation. The drainages will definitely be covered eventually. Yes people are completing their houses and moving in but the Estate is still an active work site. There's a lot of construction ongoing and everything will be fine tuned as time goes on.
Thank you for your suggestion. The Estate plan also includes an artificial pond where residents can swim and do kayaking and other outdoor activities. The projects are being undertaken one by one. There's a 3D rendition of part of the Dubai Estate plan posted on our channel.
