I wish there were more Mizzie edits now they're endgame. Having autism and PTSD, Mizzie is one of my favourite ships in any show. I loved Lethan as well and Hizzie as a powercouple fanon (Sebastian was toxic), but Milton is the kind of guy I want to be my person. Milton is so sweet but reliable, it just touches me. I am so happy for Lizzie that she found someone so good to her.
Before entering school, she was proud of who she was and was doing quite well. Now Hope must learn to love herself. She prefers to be badly accompanied than alone. She thinks she's a freak, a mistake of nature that shouldn't have been born. She thinks it over and tells Alaric that everything that happened this season is his fault. She thinks she is causing the death of everyone who cares about her. When she was young, she had a system: a plus point if she did or said something good, a bad point if she did or said something bad, if she got angry. She told Lizzie that the world was better off without her. Alaric and the school are terrified of Hope and her power but they are the ones who made her a threat.
In this episode, Humanityless Hope said she ditched the point system but that's not quite it. Hope Without Humanity dropped the point system but Hope With Humanity retained it. Hope with humanity said refrain from giving in to anger, rage, resentment. We have seen by her actions that Hope without humanity expresses anger, rage, resentment. In the previous episode, Hope without humanity criticized Hope with humanity for not expressing what she feels and thinks, for accepting the way she is treated. We know that Hope sees herself as a mistake of nature that shouldn't have been born. I think she developed this belief because of the way she is treated. In other words, today, her self-esteem is destroyed and needs to be totally rebuilt. Hence the reproaches of not expressing what she feels and thinks, of accepting the way she is treated. We know that Hope has a fear of abandonment. As a result, she is afraid of the way she is perceived, of the judgment of the other. This is why she prefers to be badly accompanied than alone. This is why she prefers to conform to the expectations of the other rather than being herself. I think it's because Hope does not express what she feels and thinks, accepts the way she is treated, refrains from giving in to the anger, the rage, the resentment that she sometimes has loss of control. Hope knows all the sacrifices her family has made for her so she endures and says nothing. Hope with Humanity enjoys the rare moments when her family visits her without complaining about this rarity, Hope without Humanity takes the blame. I think that with Hope without humanity, Hope will finally take the path of healing that she should have done a long time ago and therefore learn to love herself at her true value, to be herself in her interactions with the other .
This is the worst love story I've seen in a while... It's beyond realistic to the point that I bet the writers haven't ever truly experienced love to understand it
@@neilsiebenthal9254 I have seen it and I have even lost count of the times I have seen this series with all its seasons and this love story and I do like the relationship of the two of them. If we compare them with Delena or with Klaroline or with any of those then obviously that this couple is very different in terms of that explosive chemistry but that they have chemistry and that it is a good love story it is in my opinion. It's different but it's good.

When hope was a human, she sacrificed everything for the people around her, acted as a bodyguard for the whole school, put herself first when danger arrives and put herself last when to care abt, act like she didn't care for anyone but protected and cared for everyone, always acted as strong even though she was broken inside.. Even when she turned her humanity off, first thing she told everyone was to stay everyone from her, the only one whom she attacked wanted was Alaric for the remarks he made abt her and her father, since the day she had joined the school (Alaric didnt even wanted to recognize that the whole school was running bc of Hope's father, Klaus money, the only reason he took in hope) and she didn't kill him too (if it was klaus we the Alaric would have ended right there) , she still protected lizzie, even though she knew lizzie intention was to kill her, she said wanted to break sire bond with lizzie but kept it because lizzie insisted her too, when lizzie betrayed her, hope started to realize how alone she was and totally shut down her humanity, but then bc of the creature, hope had to face humanity hope again, the talk bet them was real, it was true that humanity hope was weak when it came to herself, humanity hope was selfless, but even during the fight she told everyone do smt as her aura emiited due to the talk would kill them, as she couldn't control it, the best ever, and selfless she was and is, it's a pitty some think hope is really wrg, when she was even betrayed by her own family member when her humanity was off..
