It's not 5 stars, but It's better than her first announced version. I truly understand the negativity of creating a new game that only seems to have graphic improvements, yes It's worth, but the game still needs a whole year of development to be complete or almost complete in terms of gameplay/modes/progression/menus/customization/art... I get why someone could be mad... but truly feeling the loading times being VERY QUICK and the new UI art on the matchmaking with those smooth effects and sharpness... It's makes the whole waiting worth and the game is like 10-20% complete... like I know It's only gonna get better and better and I'm down for it.
The kit looks neat, but I'm genuinely insulted by the character design. Hi-Rez's fixation with the "Sex Sells" fallacy has consumed even the vaguest whisper of Hecate's theme, which is especially crazy considering that Hades 2 has *thoroughly* proven that it's possible for a Hecate design to be both on-theme and sexy.
*Hades 2* May not take anything you say seriously after that. Hades 2 designs are a horrible mess which doesn't have any common theme going for them, as well as mixed with today's agenda. Hecate looking like dark-skinned version of the witch hunter from Warhammer Fantasy is just one of many examples of that. Random design choices which look completely out of place.
None of these scream wow we need a new engine. Her 1 is a boring projectile, her 2 is heimdall 1, her 3 is hera shield with explosion, and her 4 is horus ult but without the long casting time and port enemy to and away from her instead of ally, and the little portal left behind is maui 2

@@ozvespinoza3655 really? Then say compare anhur to janus or scylla or basically any older release compared to new release compared to new release. The new ones arent that nuanced and it shows very much. But most cant see it.
So in shortcut she is anti siege hero. Counter-pusher. Passive gives her nice oportunity to strenghten her most powerfull stationary ally.. or god Skill 1 it's button "Focus this one" Skill 2 is for "If you fight here someone will die" Like with Iset Skill 3 "Do not fight my target" and ult is simply "Talk to the manager!" or "GTFO!" or "Get out of my swamp!" I like how she is different in her spells even tho we have similar spells in other gods - she brings unique twist to them and nice combination of skills.
One thing I loved about his ult in the first game was the massive impact it had when you land In this game it looks like a wet noodle unfortunately... I know it could be changed in the future, but still
His new voice at 3:06 SUCKS. It sounds nothing like the original. Doesn't sound menacing or scary, there is no ghostly echo and it just feels off especially if you played the character in SMITE1. Imo the art should NOT be tied to the artist, yeah the voice actor is a terrible person but his personality/life choices has nothing to do with SMITE therefor Thanatos should keep his original voice.
Everything is good, just maybe a different animations when he gains health from his first ability and when he gains a soul after killing a minion when low👍👍
@@Raydr62 So does Neith's kit which is VERY different now,So does Hades kit who got a hell of a buff in he's ult,So does Sol kit who got way more cool with her giant 2...well i could keep going but vasically every god that has been transfered to smite 2 until now was far from broken or something,they added new things to make them more interesting for the new generation,making morrigan "More interesting" just by slightly changing effects its kind of desapoiting
@@Zanroff And it still is,at some releases they have to ban morrigan for some time to fix her with the new god(Thats why i was kind of surprised to see morrigan come so early to smite 2) Still the problem there are the tecnical limitations of smite 1,which is far from smite 2 So even a small change would be welcome,like the shape of her stun,a new adittion to her passive(Who might get interesting now with phisical builds) or anything so she might walk side by side with her new friends looking like new divinities But nah,even her model looks the same bcs Morrigan looked more polished than most gods even on her release lol

@@Cjch_ if she did that would be sadder for morrigan players because in a game where everyone is getting new Bs mechanics. Having come out basically the same is crazy. They coulda atleast made her clone scary by making to where upon using her 1, the active clone stabs the nearest enemy god in range. Fuck it why allow her allow clone to be able to shoot out her 2 upon activation no way they bring Set back the same anyway.
@@Goobis365as a morrigan main, I can confirm she already had one. Whenever she transforms it’s seen as a new body and whatever cc or abilities were applied to the old one dies. You could Dodge Dot dmg, ares/daji chains, nu wa ults, etc with a well timed ult.
