Buying or selling a house should be a pleasant experience. It’s one of the most important decisions that you will make. It’s that belief that made me, Amanda Little, join the real estate industry this year. I work as a real estate agent in the Orlando area where I have lived for 10 years.
There’s nothing like living in a city that has a ton of family fun things to do and is surrounded by beaches in both sides of it. You can choose to go to Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios or even take a cruise to the Caribbean from Port Canaveral. Orlando is a great place to call home.
As a mother, I understand how important it is to want to have it all for you and your family. I believe in turning dreams into reality and that includes your dream home in Orlando. I would love to help you to turn your dream home into a reality.
If you feel this is a little too high, they also have communities in Kissimmee and Haines City for the same builder and the prices are a little cheaper if you are interested. Same incentives, I have a video of them as well. Let me know if you have any questions.
Why do we need realtors again? If you're not preapproved you can't buy the house if you are, you pay what they are asking or get them to come down. A lawyer, yes there is title paperwork etc. But seriously what does a realtor do?
Well of course you would need to get preapproved by a lender so that you can purchase a home, any home unless you’re paying cash which is awesome. And we as realtors help get more benefits for you to help you as much as possible. There’s also questions that need to be ask of builders and/or other realtors to help get you the best deal on your home that sometimes are not thought of in those moments. We do a lot, and yes helping to negotiate a great deal for you is a big one. The paperwork yes we help with that too and can break it down into simpler term to help. Now people can choose not to use a realtor and that’s fine. But just know we do help in every way we can to make the process easier for you! 😁
@@homeswithamandajwhy would anyone trust a realtor, who tend to work on commission, to negotiate a “great deal”. Isn’t it in your best interest to get your customers to spend more? Seems like a conflict of interest.
@@stevensmith5486 lol no. Not sure what realtors you’ve come across, but I don’t care what a person spends, as long as they get the home they’ve always wanted. Not all realtors think about just “commissions”
My neighbor asked me to consider selling without a realtor. I have bought and sold properties several times. I rather realtor vetts interested party is qualified for the loan to purchase. Shows the property. Helps negotiate seller terms, buyer terms. Reviews inspection negotiations. Bottom line, process can fall apart easily and we don't go to closing.
Ok thanks! But in the description I do advise full detailed tour of the home is on my channel. Check it out, the home is great and I tour another one that’s bigger. 😁
