A home garden pub to share good times with friends and family , to chat about beer , plus the odd other type of alcohol lol and general try to include different ideas and include subjects and things that go on in the pub . Drinking beer and reviewing them , and generally just having fun . Thank you for tuning in . 😃 Please like , comment and subscribe ❤️💙 PS . Beer is subjective and my reviews are how I personally see / smell and taste the beer . I’m neither right or wrong, but my aim is to bring my opinion of the beers to you , and hopefully you may want to check them out for yourself or not lol . Cheers everyone. Speno
Get that Milk & Cheese out of the fridge right now😂..Germans know their stuff and as usual you're a stickler for a clean glass. I watch beer reviewers use dirty glasses sometime..any beer needs respect (maybe not UK macro lagers😂) nice one Speno..ps I still get a weekly bin service😊
@@SlurpyDave254 so true this Dave, a bad glass can ruin a beer especially where we are in Warrington the water is really hard and leaves a cloud on glass if your not careful 👍😀
You're right about the recycling. I used to live in Germany and we would take bottles back to the shop even in the early 00's. No idea if they still do. I've had a bottle of Tegernseer in the fridge for a while. I need to drink it asap!
Ive got this to try, picked it up yesterday in Tesco for £1.50 looking forward to trying it a bit more now after watching your take on it, cheers m8 👍🍻
Cheers mate . Thank you for watching. To be honest I’m not sure as I just put them in the basket lol . It’s a big beer so not cheap . Defo try the shop . Tell them Speno from The Spencer Arms pub she’d recommended you . Think if you buy more than 10 you get discount. His prices are fairly good . Cheers again mate 👍🏻😃
I love brewing with citra it’s a fantastic hop. I do love DEYA’s can art and a great name ( I’m rubbish at naming beers ) natural fruit unnatural fruit I definitely get it that makes complete sense 👍👌another cracking looking beer and another great review cheers 👍🍻
Yeah im more like you said for traditional ales clear, but these beers have to be tried even if only once good to give them a go and review and with modern audiences i guess they are popular, nice one m8 cheers 🍻🍻🍻
On a personal note if you reviewed supermarket ales all the time I wouldn't tune in as much. It would become too stereotype. Although it nice to see a familiar beer it's the vast variety that pulls me in..keep doing what your doing....ps oats are great for head retention aren't they..the Citra beer looks in great shape 🍺🍺
Love the name it definitely would draw me in to try the hop in a brew ( I probably will ) 👍you can definitely get away with the 🎤 built into new phones decent quality. The beer sounds amazing, I have a growler and it’s great to get beer at home from a brewery 👍👍again your enthusiasm and passion draws me back to your videos time and time again. Keep the passion cheers 👍🍻
Hi there . Thank you for watching and for your feedback. 😊Yes , since doing this video I’ve learnt about the brewdog pour . Been mentioned to me a few times , and i always appreciate the feedback. We’re always learning. Cheers 🍻 Speno 😊
Hi there and welcome to my channel. Thank you so much for watching and for your very nice comment. I’m humbled . The Glasses: A brand new glass , that’s never been used needs to go through a regeneration process before it’s totally beer clean . There’s a regeneration powder out there ( I’ve done videos on it ) that basically cleans the glass thoroughly. Basically, new glasses are not clean clean . Some info below . 👇🏻 From the website : Renovate is a concentrated powder, designed to remove blooms and strip glasses of the build up of proteins and yeasts that some detergents can not remove. It has been shown to restore old glassware and rejuvenate etched bases, without leaving any residue or flavour taint. Saving you the cost of replacing old glassware and cost of complaints due to poor drink presentation. Renovate® should also be used on all new glassware before service to remove the release agent left during manufacturing. Hope this helps you understand what I was trying to say . Non beer clean glasses will result in pour head retention and lots of bubbles sticking to the sides of the glass . Thank you again for watching. All the very best from Leicester, England. Cheers . Speno 🍻
Hello from Wa State USA. I always knew there were connoisseurs of fine beer but your passion and knowledge is amazing. What's the story behind old glass vs new glass? Enjoy your next bottle!

So sorry. I did reply but it went as a comment lol and I’ve only just realised it wasn’t to you . So I’ve coppied and pasted it to add here . Cheers mate and again , sorry for putting my reply up there 👆🏻 😂
Ahhh but when yu get it , it will be worth the wait. 👌🏻😊. This was a chat about my introduction into craft beer , an introduction to a brewery that some viewers may not of heard off , and about me and my journey. I watched a review about Verdent putty , but had to wait for the next release. I’d of never of had that beer if i hadn’t watched the out of date review . . You obviously didn’t know about this beer until you watched this , so I hope in three years time , you will thank me for this introduction to this beer and enjoy it like I did . Cheers for watching and thank you for your feedback as i always appreciate it . Cheers 🍻 Speno .
I like all bottled Guinness versions (not Draught as I find too bland). I've never had this, it looks superb..Great u got a free glass, always makes life better when that happens..cheers Speno👍🍺
Sounds lovely m8, im looking even more forward to trying this now, ive got it in the stockpile to review cany wait 😋 great review and like you i like the history and how these beers/stouts etc are born, cheers speno 🍻
Every time I see someone review a Vault City beer it sounds like a banger! That's cool you have the cake to go along with beer. Crazy that the beer is spot on. Well done!
Track one of a few breweries around the Manchester Piccadilly Railway station. Very popular. Saw a couple empty 20 bottles of Banks Amber (£1 a bottle) from the shelves. She apologised for not leaving me any...i replied no worries love youve done us all a favour..might put something decent on that shelf now😂 im too old to drink shire ale Speno...nice one🍺👍
So sorry it’s took me this long to reply. I try but sometimes I miss comments. Thank you so much for your kind comment. I really hope I’ve helped and you get on great 👍🏻. Cheers . Speno
The Jaipur union was the best Thornbridge beer I have ever tasted, and I have had a fair few. The bottom left circle on the pedigree bottle is what the end of the union barrels look like. I had read that pedigree had only had a percentage made in the union for a while. Firestone Walker in the US have or at least had a union, but not an original Burton union and I believe they don't reuse the yeast.
I love the Spencer arms it’s a great space, the lighthouse is super cool. I’m a big fan of salts 👍lovely colour, lovely haze on it and at 6% I can live with that 👍 Another great review Speno cheers 👍🍻
Fine part of the country where this brewery lies. Ive seen their beers but tend to be alot IPA's, pale ales etc..think ill have to try one...nice new camera angle by the way, cheers Speno👍🍺
I love how different people get different tastes ,smells and mouthfeel from different brews it always amazes me and makes me love getting people to taste my beers and love watching different people reviewing the same beer ( and breath 🤣) Another cracking beer and another great review Speno cheers 👍🍻
I'm a Budvar man too! Home bargains for the 500ml cans for the win. This LIDL staropramen is indeed awesome too. 3 years ago LIDL did a czech knock off called Starovice and it was great as well.
