Were you sitting or standing during this performance? Absolutely phenomenal by the way! One of the best monologues I’ve ever seen on RU-vid. I hope theaters been treating you well in recent times
Hello, I thought this was a great monologue. I would like your permission to use this monologue for a class project. I need a comedic monologue and in my theatrical acting class they all know I really do hate Hamlet/ Shakespeare so it would be ironic if I did this for the class. Cheers!
Used this as my first ever audition monologue for Dearly Departed!! And! Best part? I decided to do this with a Deep South accent last second! Didn’t think I could recite Shakespeare with a southern drawl, but I did!!!
go for it! thank you! i did use some liberties. but i believe this is the original www.ivanachubbuck.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/I-Hate-Hamlet-Monologue-Andrew.pdf
@@JoeySimon woah didn’t think I’d get a reply thanks brother, btw I’m memorizing this monologue exactly the way your doing it for my final for tomorrow morning. Any tips you can give me now that I have your attention?
@@chrisdrew4653 sorry for my delayed response but i believe this is the original! www.ivanachubbuck.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/I-Hate-Hamlet-Monologue-Andrew.pdf
I played Gary Peter Leftkowitz -the agent in this play back in 1997. You nailed it.! I could only dream of having an Andy like you, an insightful actor portray that character next to me on stage. Good god, the Gary monologue about flying 10 feet up with you as my co-actor would have been phenomenal!!
