Love your videos! You are very patient. I like that you show the entire build including every step, which definitely helps modelers understand some of the difficulties associated with these old but classic kits. Thanks for the excellent content!
Beautiful build. Clean and definitely assembled with care. I recently built the same kit with functional folding wings in late war gloss sea blue paint scheme so it resembles an early F4U-1D.
Great job you have extreme patience. I'm currently building the old tool Revell 1/32 BF 109G-6 which has only a fraction of the parts found in the Trumpeter kit and I've lost my mind on several occasions!
@@argentinianscalemodeler Yeah it's amazing that some parts fit like a glove but others you'll see huge gaps. This Messerschmitt has a mix of both but overall I'm enjoying the build. Lots of movable parts like control surfaces and canopy with repositioning landing gear which is rare. I've built it with all the options available including the motor which can be shown with cowling removed. As far as colors it will be just a factory fresh machine using RLM 74/75/76 colors. No particular pilot's mount was selected. So far it's at least meeting my expectations. How many 1/32 BF 109s have you built? This is my very first but I've have recently built other vintage 1/32 Revell and Hasagawa kits, such as the P-38 P-47, P-51, F6F, F4U, and A6M. Next up is the old Revell FW 190D in the same scale but I need to take a nice long break after working on this 109....
@darrenwhiteside1619 sounds like a good plan. I always leave the engine panels on, I'm not interested in showing details. So far, I've built 25 109s, with some more on the stash.
@@argentinianscalemodeler That many huh? Is it your favorite aircraft? I like the F6F Hellcat the most but I'm interested in all fighter planes both propeller and jet to some extent. I need to watch more of your build videos. You do such a great job showing all the steps and all of your models turn out very nice. I'm looking at your techniques so I can improve as I go.
@darrenwhiteside1619 You could say it's my favourite aircraft yeah, but the 190 is nice too! If you haven't, make sure to sub to PLASMO, he's more skilled than me and shows many neat modelling abilities.
It’ll be fun to build by the looks of things. I have the K4 in 1/32 but this has always tempted me. Trumpeter has some great detail look forward to your build video
I have built the Trumpeter G6 late and the G10, both good kits. Important to make the holes in the forward bulkhead to fit the engine mounts, see instruktions. Will be interesting to follow your build. I was planning to do a Hartmann version, but the black tulips were too hard for me to mask and paint.
Very nice model, hand painted really well, and the little trick with the piece of plastic to push the side walls apart is really great. Thank you for your work, keep it up.
Eduard decals are difficult to work with because they are thin, i usually just use alot of water under them and float them into position but they are hard work .
Saludos
