Piggy piggy piggy can accuse all he wants unless there's actual proof of interference and talking to them while they're doing their job and telling them to stop hurting a civilian it's not interfering if you are arms feet length away you can't touch them they can't touch you there's no interference if they can't concentrate and multitasking during their job then I guess they shouldn't be doing that job and they should go back groceries at Walmart they can sure talk to their piggy buddies and call for backup while they slam someone to the ground and rough someone up so talking back to you shouldn't be a distraction or interference as a matter of fact it's not
You stated that if they tell you to walk away and you have to walk away. That is them interfering with your right to record them. It also prevents you from being able to record audio which could mean that the video is worthless.
There is no particular law that says filming has to be done at a distance. They arent scared of interference, they're scared of accountability. No you dont need to walk away. No you dont need to stay quiet. No you dont need to be a sheep.

He was under the impression he was permitted to drive because of a 2 year old court case that reinstated his license. The state failed to reinstate resulting in the current situation. He spoke on it to his local news station.
Very misleading. This man has been wronged. He had already resolved his license issues 2 years ago and whoever was supposed to reinstate it didn’t. He was completely unaware of this and is not at fault.

I've been to jail and prison, even though I would definitely rather receive less than a year for my sentence, there is much more freedom in prison. Sounds crazy right, it's the truth though

There's a difference between "showing your ID and IDIng yourself". Your ID or driver's license is "yiur personal property". There's a thing such as "illegal search and seizure". If you give up your ID, it wasn't illegally seized and the officer can keep it as long as they like. You can as the officer, who may take "weeks" to write you a citation, to get a pen and paper and give them your information and he can run it, which he's going to do anyway.
Holy shit do not take advice from this lady. Suspicion is not a crime and just because the costumed killers get nasty its still no reason to give up your info. They pulled the driver over not you. Shes just basically telling you to throw away your rights and obey and lick the cops boots.
