Would it make a difference if I published before connecting on make end? I am constantly having authorization dropping out and it’s killing me slowly. I think that is the only thing I did differently during initial set up. Didn’t see your video then. I think I will just start fresh with a new project follow your tutorial to the letter before someone gets hurt. 😂

When I create an app in GHL marketplace. Its not allowing me to SAVE and enable the 3 Scopes (AppointmentCreate, AppointmentDelete & AppointmentUpdate) its saying "Please enter the valid Webhook URL" (Add the URLs you want to use to listen to Webhook Events) Which webhook link I should paste here?

Thanks Fivos! Great update to the video. I don't know why I'm not able to see the "message" and "function" items in the webhook while setting up the json scenarios, I see other items quite alright. Is there anything I need to do to have it shown in the list. Things like {{1.message.toolCalls[].function.arguments.appointmentTime}} too I can't seem to find them. Any Idea what could be happening to the webhook?
Hey David, thanks man 💪 you need to call your agent first and trigger the webhook by saying that you want to book an appointment and then giving it a specific time. Then you should have everything there 👌
@@thefivosradis Thanks, please how do I call my agent first? I tried triggering the webhook from GHL byt testiing the workflow first and try to see if all the parameters were fetched which it did, but those specific ones were not on the list ({{1.message.toolCalls[].function.arguments.appointmentTime}). Please any direct pointers or guide will be appreciated. Thanks
@@DavidJonathan10 On the first webhook module in Vapi test 2/2, click on the "Redetermine Data Structure" button & then call your agent & tell it you want to book the appointment so that it will call the function to trigger the workflow. You should see the module let you know that it received the data. Let me know if that helped.

Great Video. Way easier than most of these I've watched. However, On the 2nd Scenario, is that a must or is this just another options. I'm getting a little lost on if I need this section or not because of the HTTP is no longer there on this scenario
Video is beyond fantastic. Please help me understand the use case you built. You are sending a contact in GHL to Make and Vapi to make appointment. But in reality we would get inbound call from unknown person to vapi number. How would you capture it and book appointment I future I would like to see (1) Make cold campaign AI calling from GHL. Lets say I want to call 50 people and check if they are interested to book appointment (2) Capture data from unknown caller ( new Incoming lead) and then book appointment. Any chance , do you already have one for the above use case?
On the cold call you’re talking about I’d suggest you check the laws first in the country you wanna do that in because in different countries they need to give you their consent to do a “robocall”. It’s easy to setup

Hi Fivos, at 8:55 in the video, you mention choosing 'Publish App' in order to not have to reauthorize all the time. I'm hitting this issue and so I tried doing as you suggest. However, when I do that, it says I need to jump through a ton of hoops because... > You've configured your app in a way that requires verification . To complete verification, you will need to provide: > An official link to your app's Privacy Policy > A RU-vid video showing how you plan to use the Google user data you get from scopes > A written explanation telling Google why you need access to sensitive and/or restricted user data > All your domains verified in Google Search Console Is there anyway to avoid this? I notice you didn't have to do all of this in your video. Thanks.

@@thefivosradis ask I express, ive gut the same issue as @toolbelt and it requieres a manual proccessing after cloning the make flow, the app is published in google cloud OAuth consent screen, this manua processing inludes that includes > You've configured your app in a way that requires verification . To complete verification, you will need to provide: > An official link to your app's Privacy Policy > A RU-vid video showing how you plan to use the Google user data you get from scopes > A written explanation telling Google why you need access to sensitive and/or restricted user data > All your domains verified in Google Search Console additionaly i've recived an email that states the following: Thank you for submitting your OAuth application for review. We acknowledge receiving the same. Before we begin your app's review we need you to: Please confirm, by replying to this email, that your app does not fall in any of the following categories 1. If your application is requesting Fit API scopes 2. If your application is for Personal use only 3. If your application is for Internal use only 4. If your application is for Development/Testing/Staging use only 5. If your application is a Gmail SMTP Plugin only for use by WordPress Site Admin(s)
Hey, Amazing video, i have spent all night watching and implementing and all is fine except 2 things 1. When i add knowledge base the ai stops going through the 2/2 steps, why is that? 2. how do I lift a limit on my api on ChatGPT as i am getting error 429 on the last GPT step? Your help is greatly appreciated.
You're very welcome :) On 1, adding a knowledgebase shouldn't affect the AI from going through 2/2 steps. Do you mean that the 2/2 webhook doesn't get triggered? If so, you need to make sure that you have the correct webhook url attached to the tool that you've created (check around 8:50 on what I'm talking about). I would suggest you use the exact words I'm using in creating your tool. If you've done this correctly, then you need to check that you've chosen your tool and attached it to your agent as I show at 10:21 AND that you've published your agent after choosing your tool AND that you've prompted your agent to use that tool when the bot has received the desired time of the appointment. If you've done all the above, you shouldn't have a problem. If the problem persists, let me know. On 2, you should go to platform.openai.com/settings/organization/limits and set your limit there and you should be ok :) Let me know if something still doesn't work out
@@thefivosradis Hey, thanks for quick response, I have followed each of your steps and everything is set up word in word and exactly the same. When i do not add a knowledge base then vapi books the appointment without any issues, but the moment i add a knowledge base it stops triggering the tool for some reason. I am lost now and do not know what to do, let me know if you would be open to a paid consultation please

Excellent video, I followed all the steps and it worked perfectly. The only problem is that the date scheduled in my calendar is not correct. When I ask the assistant for the day and time, he tells me that it is October, so I assume that VAPI must have the schedule wrong.
Hey man! I appreciate it :) Check out at 24:40 for the ChatGPT module, this is why it exists there. Make sure you have clicked on the function "now" as I show it in the video. Vapi by itself doesn't have any timer installed so it doesn't know the current date. This is one of the purposes of the 4th module at 24:40. Let me know if it makes sense :)

Have you tried Flux pro for image generation? I've been playing around with it on glif. I kept having issues with constant character generation plus everyone can see and use the images on the discord . (Not sure if paid Midjourney keeps images private.) But on glif I made it private. Using some the the prompt tips you talked about in your skool community. 👍
