Girls every shed is diffrent, I shed and have acne. And do not peel it of if it feels sticky, hurts or is itching. Its not ready yet. DO NOT compare your sheds with other sheds. Your skin may not be like that after your monthly shed and it is normal. <3

When I was younger my mother used to shed too early and insure the pain just to get it over with but one day my mother was shedding and blood came out she had to be taken to the hospital and the docter told us that she had some how…PEELED HER UPPER SKIN which caused the blood and unfortunately by the time we got to the hospital her face was already infected… luckily it was cured in time and my mom never shed to early again she always put oil in before she shed. This is just a reminder that there were chances in which she could have got skin cancer you too can peel off your skin so again NEVER shed to early if it hurts or blood comes out then let it be..stay safe and don’t peel your skin off~
