Speaking of Dea Matrona, they have an acoustic EP coming out in December of four songs from their For Your Sins debut album which came out this past May. Stuck on You acoustic is out now as a single ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-R_myWJ6ZwmE.htmlsi=HNrdT_ToTh4GwU83
@@VinE83656 Yes, I remember seeing that. I think that's what made me think Lita Ford. Hope she keeps up the music. We desperately need better musicians and bands now.
@@kathygehres7172 I hope she keeps it up as well. Her dad is in a band too and they’re pretty heavy. He plays in her band too so she’s second generation rocker.
Anyone who has the intelligence to bring back the style of the 80s, especially in rock, is a genius! It sounds like a mix of Lita Ford and Vixen, with a twist of Femme Fatale.
I took advantage of the Dea Matrona mention to share this video on the Dea Matrona FB fan group. Hopefully, a few of their fans will become fans of Cassidy Paris music.
One more post from. I suggest you put Cassidy Paris in the title and not just Cassidy. It does not seem to come up in searches for me when I search Cassidy Paris. You may get more hits from her fans.
Ally isn't exactly new. She has five albums and one on the way. Her last record was a Billboard #1 Blues record. She's played with and/or toured with Buddy Guy, Joe Bonamassa, Kenny Wayne Sheppard, Devon Allman and others. She's pretty well established in the Blues Rock community but I think she and that genre needs more attention.
Thanks for taking my recommendation. I'm a long time fan of Dea Matrona as well, I've got all their CDs and vinyl. Cassidy's album is great, since I just discovered her this year I am including New Sensation on my top 10 albums of 2024 and it is right near the top. It's a great CD and when I got it, it stayed in my CD player for at least a full week. BTW, Steve Janevski on Bass is Cassidy's father who is in the band Wicked Smile.
@@dannysab281 Thanks, She or her team often respond to posts. They seem to be very appreciative of the attention. You may want to do Here I Am video. It’s a beautiful power ballad.
Yeah I know I'll probably say the same thing that a thousand others have you got to watch Courtney hadwin at Carnegie Hall doing the Clyde Davis Galileo there is a thing on her RU-vid what is a little showing interview with Kevin Bowe and how much she enjoyed working with her before her singing the song at Carnegie Hall with the pops orchestra one thing I might want to ask please put your face in a little corner of the video cuz I have got to see your reaction to this it's got to be seen dude thanks a lot man
Hey Danny, got the notification . Yes Chappell Roan is new to me but another young lady you have reacted to has turned me on to her. She has also got me checking out Billie Eilish, Shaboozey, Benson Boone, Luke Burr as well as a bunch of other amazing artists ! That young lady and artist Allie Sherlock ! 🎤🎸🎶
I got a notification for this one so that's cool but I've had it on "All" so I don't know why I would miss any, especially Courtney, who usually at least shows up in suggestions, even from channels I've never seen before because she's my favorite. Just started getting into Chappell Roan like a month or two ago, was surprised she's been making hits as long as she has. Seems like I just saw her name for the first time. Yeah definitely 80s type of fun, complete with wild'n'crazy video and stage theatrics. The video of Good Luck Babe live at the MTV VMAs is a trip!🤪
Courtney is releasing a full album of original songs, which she's cowritten with her producer Kevin Bowe, within the next couple of months (I'm saying this in Sept 2024).
Thanks man appreciate that love Courtney everything sounded good here hope you get a chance to check out Courtney's performance at Carnegie Hall on her RU-vid station where is she saying Janis Joplin song piece of My heart apparently Clive Davis assisted on her there's one video that has her performance and part of the interview with Jeff bowe that's the one I would recommend you her and Jeff have put the album together just waiting for the release thanks man
Courtney is A. Once in a lifetime singer, she can sing anything with passion. I've watched Courtney's videosespecially young courtney, but she was 9 10 11 was just amazing as she is now. You cannot believe the voice. She has.You haven't even heard half the Notes that she can hit.I've even seen how doing opera opera clip. She's just amazing
@@chuckvisconti5713 yeah Chuck I watch most of them videos from The voice and when she was at school in performing in the pubs in England when she was a youngster she is amazing
Your videos sound fine to me but RU-vid's notifications and recommendations are falling down on the job. The only reason I saw this is I just thought WTF is up with Danny's notifications, ain't seeing any. It should have told me about this one anyway. There's no way the algorithm should miss I watch everything Courtney Hadwin. I was shocked I look at your channel and there's Courtney front and center. RU-vid definitely should have told me for multiple reasons. It doesn't seem from what you've mentioned, or more precisely what you didn't mention, that you're aware of Carnegie Hall. I'm surprised Edward didn't mention it. Look at this thumbnail. It's initials are the same as Courtney's😃 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-a-l8dhIgoD0.htmlsi=KlCtRi21Ht2YL6rS So glad to see you doing another Courtney video even if it took me 5 days. I'll be checking back more often. Have a great day!
This is a great song from Courtney. I really like her songs Girl Don’t Live Here and Breakable too. Have you checked out young Australian 80s style rocker Cassidy Paris? I bought her CD and hardly ever leaves my CD player. She’s influenced by Pat Benatar, Lita Ford and Joan Jett along with male classic rockers too. She’s worth checking out.
Don't forget to let me know your thoughts. I always love hearing from you. And remember to let me know if everything is coming through ok on your end. Thanks!🙂✌
Hey Danny if you want the latest and the greatest from Allie, she just dropped today her cover of Bruno Mars & Lady Gaga's " Die With a Smile " ! Allie with just her guitar and amazing voice slays this song ! 🎤🎸🎶
Great reaction to Courtney’s song. Not only is it a catchy toon with great vocals, but the lyrics have an incredible meaning for all who have monsters living in their heads and bothering them. Her album should be out soon. Looking forward to your reaction to many more of her songs. Thanks for supporting Courtney & thanks again for the reaction.
Hi Danny. Great reaction as always. I don't know what more there is to say about Courtney. IMO, she is the greatest artist I've had the privilege of hearing in my lifetime, and there isn't even a close second. If she just focused on a single genre, she would be spectacular but, as you know, she can sing just about anything, and be absolutely magnificent with it. That ability will one day put her in the 'legend' category. A true voice of a lifetime. You mentioned an album. Courtney went through hell to start getting her original music out. First, her label, for years trying to turn her into something she didn’t want to be. Another pop princess. Can you imagine that magnificent voice you just heard being limited to just pop, but there’s more. Of course, there was Covid, which delayed her album release for more than two years. Then her label was sold, creating even more chaos. At the beginning of 2023, she went independent, and since then has released a wave of original music. She has just finished the recording of her debut album of originals, and the clips she has shared have been sensational. Expect it to drop sometime around the start of the year, with singles to be released earlier. It will be an epic moment in music when it drops. The most anticipated new release in forever,
Danny, thanks for showcasing The Petersen. They have an amazing relationship with their fans. During the pandemic when most of the bands went into hiding because venues were closed, the Petersens continued to practice for performances on RU-vid. When people were stuck at home and depressed, they provided encouraging and uplifting videos like this one every week. They went from about 50,000 subscribers to around 500,000 during the eighteen months after the beginning of the pandemic because people found so much hope and comfort in their music. That is why their fans are so intensely loyal even now.
Hey Danny! Your videos are not getting out because the audio isnt stereo, it is only playing from one side. Fix this youtube will surely recommend your videos!
I have been having so many technical issues here lately. This is exactly the kind of feedback I need. Thank you for taking the time to let me know about it. I appreciate that! 🙂✌
@@DrakeBehindTheScenes - I'm trying to mess with it. When I click on it, it comes through both of my speakers. I spoke to someone else and they said it sounded fine on their end as well. On my PC, when I have it on "Stereo," sound only comes out of one side. When I have it on "Mono," sound comes out of both speakers.
@@dannysab281 Sorry I should have clarified. I mean your microphone specifically. You can hear it at the start and end of the video where you are talking. The microphones audio is single sided and or mono.
Thanks Danny. Natalie is new to me and I'm glad I know her now. She really makes you feel her pain. Glad to see you cracked the 1K mark. I hope you keep growing.
Feel free to let me know your thoughts. If there is an up-and-coming artist that has blown your mind, feel free to mention them. I always love hearing from you! 🙂✌
