It's perfectly fine. This Attendance sheet is for 1 year. Means all the entries will be done in a Single Sheet. So when the months will be changed from the dropdown, Range of Start date, month and year will change automatically. In this for highlight holidays you are using the formula in conditional formatting=COUNTIF(Holidays, cell value) and then choosing the colour. Cell value means first date of the month. Here I can't understand. Please help
Ashish, Why are you confused ? I haven't used any Countif in the conditional formatting. Can you please tell me at which minute in the Video you saw this formula ? Please send me your contact number
Over there I have used Countif because in the Settings Sheet, I have given Holidays a name through Name Manager. In recent formats I stopped using Countif
dont understand why you added a holiday column , there could be more than one holiday impacting the delivery date and only one is appearing in the cell. what does top sheet do? and weekly ,, monthly tabs are supposed to do what/
Dont understand why you added a holiday column , there could be more than one holiday impacting the delivery date and only one is appearing in the cell ➡️ Holidays and weekends are for PLANNING and not for delivery dates. What does top sheet do ➡️ Instead of working in boring Excel Formats, it makes format more interesting. It totally depends on person to person what he or she wants to put in the format. and weekly ,, monthly tabs are supposed to do what ➡️ Some people plan for Daily, some plan for Weekly and some plan for Monthly. Even some plannings are done Yearly and 5 yearly. Again it totally depends on your preferences and need of hour. Thank God, you haven't asked Why I used Bright Colours ? Why I used specific fonts Why I used only those functions and formulas and not others ? Why haven't I created this in Ms Word or PPT ? List of your queries may me long. Many things may be useless for you in the format but for many people it's beneficial. Seems you haven't liked anything in the format, only reason no appreciation came and list of negative highlights were quite long. Thanks for the comments. Stay smiling 😊😊😊
If you want the format to pick-up all the things automatically then you will have to do the entry in 2nd Sheet. In case you want to do the entry manually, just delete all the formulas in paid days and all the entries can be done manually

@@Office-Monk It got resolved.. thank you so much ... I have one more question.. please in holiday I have calendar for 3 different region where some holidays are common eg. New year and for some dates are common but different holiday how include in the list
@Indianlucknawi New year, 2nd holiday, 3rd Holiday You can do this. The other way is to create filtered list as per region. When you will change the region, all the holidays will change

Drop downs se months Change karne se data delete nahin hoga. Drop down create karne ka basic reason ye hai ki aapko Months ke name baar baar type na karna padey. Agar aapne Video gaur se dekha hoga toh maine ye kahin nahin bola hai ki Drop Down se months change karne par saara purana data erase ho jayega. 12 months ke liye 12 sheets create karne padenge aapko

I have shared Video too and in the video I have described in detail, how to create the format from scratch. Now my question from you, why can't you create the format by watching the video ? Why you need to download the file ? Take some pain and put your effort In the description box of the video, from where you tried to download the file, I have clearly mentioned that file download option is only for Channel Members and you will have to join the Channel Membership to download the file. You even didn't take the pain to read what was written over there. Really awesome. You can create your own format by watching the video and in case you face challenges with the formulas, I am always ready to help and for that I will not ask you to join the Channel Membership. I applied this now function in the check in time cell but the value of time will be changed if I run another cell of check in time or check out time , how can we find the actual time for this situation
Go to File Tab, on the left hand side you will get the option of Formulas. Click on Formulas, now come to right hand side, enable iterative calculation. Do Maximum iterations as 100

my company works in 3 shifts(US, AUS, UK) and when an employee starts his/her shift , entry is made using ctrl+; & ctrl+shift+; , and similar thing is done when he/she takes break (2 times 30minutes in one day/shift) & also when completing day(8 hours). so doing 7:30 work in a continuous will make one day. (here us(night) shift person logs in @ 8 pm on a day and leaves @4 am next day. Anything above 7:30 is counted as Overtime and added in salary at overtime rate which is specified. Can you please make video showing how to make such dashbaord or calculation sheet.PLEASE PLEASE

your videos are so very helpfull! and easy to follow, if have time can you give me an insight of how can I create a simple leave planner for employees annually and can overlap from 2024 to 2025 if an employee has decided to take a leave from dec 2024 to jan-2025. just I need to know if the employees leave would cross over the submission dates. thanks in advance
