We're Rob and Sarah. We believe Making things cures the soul. It also makes a HUGE mess, and who doesn't love that? Every week we meet in the Maker Break workshop to build something new while keeping all 20 of their fingers intact. We spend all week watching Maker videos from around the world for inspiration, and every Friday we share our project with you!
Our passion is fueled not by the projects we build, but by the MAKER COMMUNITY that never fails to support each other. That's why every 2 weeks we interview a new friend in "Meet a Maker". If you're an online Maker and would like to be interviewed, reach out!
We watch a TON of Maker Videos each week, and Sarah shares her favorites in Sarah's Top 5 DIY! You'll find a new episode here every two weeks.
That Maker Break Channel is produced by the creative tool team at Belts and Boxes.
Thanks, my Echo spins counterclockwise, but I go from left to right to avoid the stones hitting me! The place has too much small stones and I don't want them hitting my body so go in the other direction in this place.
I know this isn't the topic but omg I hate hart tools 😂😂 That trimmer sounds like it's about to die and it's brand new. Ugh. I had a hart trimmer and blower.......then I upgraded to a greenworks 60v trimmer and oh my god the power!
From the thumbnail, I thought this was a video about a Hollywood celebrity, Ben Affleck who did not know how to use lawn equipment. Kinda like how Chuck Schumer did not know how to grill a burger.
I'm a college graduate from a good school and a code certified inspector - I owned and operated my own successful bidniff for 25 years. I'm so intelligent that I know I don't know everything. Not that I'm a pro landscaper or anything and there are few areas where this applies to me (flower bed etc) but goddamn! How did this never occur to me. 🤤
Thanks for gatekeeping string trimming, bro... I might've cut my leg off or something if I went the wrong direction with the head. Thank goodness you were here to correct me...
Some people like the debris going in the bed to help feed the bed... in 2 days it will blend in anyways, people this picky about their yards deserve to do it themselves because its not like they are paying a premium for the extra anyways...
