A fun bunch of folks from Nail Order bring you educational and informative videos around the nail industry as well as some fun challenges from the crew!
I’m here to learn and I find your technique to be fascinating. Is it possible to lower the music and give the guy a mic? I can’t hear his questions. It’s my fault that I’m American and have trouble with the accent 😂. But less audio competition for the educational voices would be amazing.
I have thin skin and nails and found that nail technicians in the past have been overly careless about this when prepping. I've been left with sore, scratched skin below the nail and damaged nails that have been filed down too low due to repeated nail applications. Can this be prevented in fragile skin/nails and if so, how? Thanks
Yes, but it is hard for nail techs to assess this. It would be good if you explained this during the consultation phase and most nail techs will observe a softer technique. What treatment do you normally get?
I would disagree; I find that a rubber base is not quite enough strength/support for my nails, but I don't necessarily need the full strength of a hard Gel. I currently have AnGel on my right hand and have been playing around with hard on my left. I prefer that little bit of flex in the Builder Gel... feels more natural & reminds me that my nails are not indestructible!
Really enjoyed this ❤ people definitely need to give you a break about stock. I made my first order in 2022 and switched to your gels earlier this year. So glad i switched. I really admire your transparency within the industry ❤❤Hail Nail Order 😂
So just to clarify…this new shade is the only Dura gel that’s Hema free? What’s the shade name of the Hema free one and is it now available to buy ? Will all the older shades stay low Hema or will these become Hema free too ?
This was very eye opening into what it’s like to run a business, hats off to you guys for doing such a good job and delivering great products with amazing customer service ❤
Great job, guys 💪🏻 you make it feel like we are just hanging out like friends. Ideas for podcast discussions - stories from the salon, drama with other brands, how to manufacture gel polish, how to navigate the beauty business
So am I correct is saying:- if starting the natural nail growing process then it’s best to use BIAB on short nails since they don’t require building a higher apex. After natural nail length has grown out to more than a medium length then it’s best to transition to a hard gel since it requires a higher apex for support no matter of what clients natural nails are like….??? Am I correct ?? You’ve mentioned that hard gel cures even when thicker application for creating apex etc,. But BIAB doesn’t if too thickly applied so wouldn’t every client need to transition from BIAB to hard gel as more apex is needed for long length nail support?
Is this colour now available? What’s it called!? Will all existing Angel colours be reformulated and if so then how will customers know if they are getting the old formula or the new formulated product when ordering ? ❤
If Duragel is for creating extentions since it’s thicker than BIAB then shouldn’t BIAB be used in this video since you did overlay on the clients natural nails and not created any length/extention?
If your curing one nail at a time but each time putting the entire hand in the lamp then are you not over curing the nails that are already done ? Thanks
Hi! Please please speak clearly…I really want to enjoy your content but it’s ever so frustrating…you speak fast and slow and your pitch is high and low throughout entire videos. Can’t hear the cameraman and your chats with him are hard to hear. Constructive criticism ❤ maybe turn the background music off until everything else is fixed…
@@nailorderno worries appreciate you taking note! I really do think you could minus the music as it’s so loud and difficult to hear you over it(it serves no purpose but extra noise lol). More quiet and peaceful videos where we can only hear your voice would be so much ideal imo ❤
I was considering on ourchasing this rubber base , but eanted to see a demo. Self level is BEAUTIFUL for this product. For the slip layer do you take product off on one side of the brush -Im afraid of flooding my cuticle ?
Hey! The slip layer helps guide the gel to where you need it to be. Always apply shy of the side walls and use a fine liner to guide the gel close the the cuticles x
Thanks so much! Dura Gel is a Low HEMA formula, with HEMA free coming soon. Some of our customers use dual forms successfully but we haven't tried it ourselves.
Excited about the new rubber base formulation. Could you provide more information on it? What makes it different? Sometimes you guys talk a little quietly among yourselves and the mics don't pick up what is said as clearly and loudly - would love to hear you all better.
Hi Marta, I’m sorry about the sound quality. There are a few tweaks to the ingredients that we will reveal closer the launch date. There are some added benefits and like we discussed in the video it is slightly firmer than Flexi Gel. Think of it a hybrid between Rubber Base and Builder Gels. Hope this helps x
