great tips i just started my journey 4 days ago and ive been going on walks and jump roping 1k a day increasing it by 200 everyday i hope i reach my goal.

Thanks for the video. I'm planning on taking the test fairly soon. I haven't bought the materials, mostly just watched the Fairly Healthy guy's stuff. Have you had any luck with finding clients? Also, were you pretty versed in fitness and anatomy prior to studying for the test? And I hope you don't mind me asking, but how old is your kid? (I'm just asking because I have a daughter and she's one reason I'm considering becoming a personal trainer.)
I have so many prospects, still in the process of getting my business together so soon I will be able to actually start training. Yes I will say I had quite a bit knowledge on anatomy and fitness. Prior to NASM I was reading and doing research on google about fitness and how the body works, especially weight loss. NASM made it so much easier for me and it is most definitely some great material ! My baby is 3 years old 💕
Just a tip, you don't need to learn what overactive muscles/ underactive muscles lead to which postural failure during an assessment. They will ask for the underactive/overactive muscle, 3 of them are underactive 1 overactive. Aslong as you know which are overactive and underactive you will be fine.
I took notes of the almost the entire book lol, after section 5 I just started skimming and looking over the study guide. It depends on your learning style. I learn best writing things down
