How you gonna mention Mitchell park but not mention the elementary school Fairmeadow that shares that park??????? That's a great school. My brother made their school logo image in the 1980s!!!

Which ones come with all appliances? Refrigerator, gas or electric full size stove/oven with an above microwave range, a deep “farm like” kitchen sink with faucet hardware, perhaps a regular size dishwasher if unit’s kitchen square footage can fit one? And always a plus a stackable or combo washer and dryer??? Other necessities like Hot water tank, insulation in roof, walls and floor, a complete electrical, complete plumbing package, already to be hook up?, Does it come with bathroom sinks, shower, and kitchens hardware??for heat and air conditioning… does a ADU come with a mini split?
Hi, thanks for reaching out. The owner of the ADU decides the appliances so it really just depends. Every property and property owner is unique. Hope that helps.
Palo Alto are Fake Liberals...they talk a good game, but they don't actually do liberal things. 1. they dont allow low-income housing. 2. they dont allow dispensaries 3. they do not offer any services to homeless people 4. They do not have any Planned Parenthood offices All Bark...No Bite
In Ohio, a new buyer has to honor lease terms already in place, although new buyer could negotiate with a tenant to get them to vacate. Short of that negotiation, a LL would have to wait and then choose not to renew, but couldn't make tenant leave early, assuming tenant was meeting obligations. In a m2m, the LL has to give a written 30 day notice in advance of the next rental period. For example, if LL gives 30 day notice on June 10, tenant would have until end of July. Unless of course, contract in place specifies a different notification period.
climate change is Bull shit for stupid people who want to be God by try to control the weather. wild fire is because we stupid california keep voting to all the democrat to office to ruin our lives.
its tactic by insurance companies to force CA to abandon prop 103 regulation....There not losing $$$, its just there not making enough profit.....so jump in when times are good and jump out when times are bad... without any penalties.... There should be law that if companies do that then they will be barred from selling any insurance in CA. in future......so next time they won't be so fast to leave loyal customers out in the cold.
Wildfires aren't the problem. Poor PG&E maintenance, spawned by infinite regulations, together with even more legislation to keep from being able to do prescribed burns, turns the state into a problem for insurance companies.
California is going to have all electric vehicles. Insurance companies don't want to insure them. So why should they hang around in California? Like everything else, the state will have to insure EVs.
Prop 103 is yet another demonstration of top down economic control that causes much higher consumer expenses and onerous business expenses that add to the high unlivablity factor in the country’s socialist utopia.

From Minnesota to San Mateo at 6yrs old, Im now 64. Always lived on east side of Norfolk st, went to Parkside, Bayside middle, and Hillsdale High, class of 78. I could not even think straight living down there, the price of real estate, hell no, traffic trying to get to a Giants game, no thank you, the people....Yikes man...but excellent place to grow up back in the day, but no fun to visit, has changed so much, why am I here, missing me some San Mateo. Peace, Love ...Joe Pye here!!
Hi, I stumbled across your video and found it to be useful. I'm looking for an investment property in the SF peninsula and most places I've found with extra units or rooms (in-laws) were built without permits. I'm skeptical on buying those properties because I don't want to attract any lawsuits if something happens. What are your thoughts on that? Thank you in advance! 😊

As someone who lives here and has traveled around the world on multiple combat deployments, the Bay Area resembles a 3rd world country. I can’t wait to leave this overpriced, over crowded, criminal run and disgusting hell hole.
