We are using AI - ChatGPT - to rephrase many emails, to create email templates, like we used it the other day to create an email template to fire an owner in a very winning and professional manner. Also, we used it to create a template to send to tenants when they are behind on rent. It is awesome!

More renters would go with ShowMojo if they were more transparent about their authorization hold. Telling me they will “hold but not charge” my credit card or debit card without telling me how much and for how long funds will be held on my card tells me nothing except that they are going to hold a random amount for a random time and I have to be an idiot to not feel like this is going to be a bad idea. Just tell us how much and for how long the “hold but not charge” will be for! It’s not rocket science to be honest upfront. Is it a dollar? Is it the deposit amount? Just say how much upfront!
