I came here for a Ryobi 40V auger review. But stumbled upon your motivational speech instead. I listened to the whole video. You are so right. Keeping a positive mind set and having positive affirmations do make a positive difference. I enjoyed this video!
Ryobi batteries are obsolete, cause they plugged into the grip of a drill, so the handles are not ergonomic, much too thick wheres the battery is plugged in. Ryobi makes quite a few extremely low quality stuff, for example inflaters without ball bearings where it should have some and the little blower they make is worse than many toys i ever saw. I go for makita 18V compatible knock off tools, where i pay no cent just for a brand name.
Their 2-port charger (PCG005) does combine two independent charging circuits to charge 2 batteries simultaneously from one AC plug for not much cheaper than this 6-port sequential charger. The regular 1-port charger is 60w. The dual port and the fast charger are105w (cut in half when two batteries inserted), and the 6-port charger is 115w. So the dual port is actually slower charge per battery with 2 inserted over a solo charger. and the 6-port charger is double the speed of a port and slightly faster than a fast charger. And the super mini P119 charger that comes with some kits is only a 6w so it's a super slow trickle charge.
I just pick up the newest version of the six port super charger. And I thought it was broken because it only charges one battery at a time. I got six new batteries that needs charging and one at a time BS is going to take a whole bunch of time.
I purchased a Ryobi SupperCharge last year. Yesterday it stopped charging in all six ports. Each port lights up red when I pug in a battery, but never turns green. I had to go back to my collection of single chargers. Very disappointing! Any suggestions on a fix?
Yes you can clean the blades but remember to remove the battery before hand for obvious reasons. I haven’t had to use any oil however a light silicon spray or WD40 will do the trick.
I bought the same 6 way charger a couple of months ago.. I think that this charger is a waste of money!!!! The point of having a 6 way charger, is so that you can charge 6 batteries at the same time.. who ever thought this was a good idea needs to be kicked in the nuts, I swear!!!!
You confidence and conviction for the point you are making is admirable. I’ve had that same issue tho. One random one would work one in awhile. Had to disassemble half the thing to lubricant the piston and break it loose with linemen’s pliers a couple times. Cole or hot didn’t seem to make a difference. Seemed to happen after long inactivity between projects for me.
all jokes a side, I wonder if the new HP one does the same thing,,,, I returned this one here for that reason but will like to get one once this issue is resolved
I bought the HP 18ga brad nailer and it started misfiring every other nail and i was only on my second rack of nails, its going back to the Depot this week to be exchanged . I will let you know how that 1 works .....👍🖖
Why wouldn't you leave the wood flat on the surface? You're literally a walking accident waiting to happen if you couldn't see the obvious danger in what you were doing.
