It seems if soldier may have faked his death cause of screams beside river - he could have survived.. she might have surely stopped screaming assuming soldier died 🤔
I've seen plenty of shorts for this tory or sum. Basically, these soldiers came across a lake with sirens in it. She called out to the soldiers, and all but one died, as he is def and could not hear her song. She fell in love with him, believing he truly found her beautiful and was not greedy. One night, he wrnt to the lake and stole all her gold scales of her body, causing her to bleed, and make the lake red. Im assuming in this scene she is getting her revenge for him breaking her heart and taking advantage of her. But she also killed a bunch of people, so unless im missing context, i dont care for either of them
