KC and the Sunshine Band have always been highly underrated. These guys influenced many many bands over the last fifty years. And STILL sounding great at age 72!!! May God Bless you, Harry Wayne Casey!
Okay I'll admit it ...I've been a groupie of yours. Harry Wayne Casey for over 50 years. Another thing I would admit, is that when you were younger I enjoyed your music but I really wasn't but say turned on by your looks. However, the last couple of years say 10 years ..Especially when they started doing the oldie cruise commercials... It doesn't matter what I was doing I ran to the TV like some crazed teenager to see you. Why you ask? Cuz you are so damn hot.. Yes at my age I have a huge crush on you... On my bucket list was to see you,.. My dreams are always stashed because let's face it ... I cannot or could not ever afford a cruise. However, I still have a perma grin on my face.. You say you were on tour and you came to my town I mean within a couple of miles you were Right there. I'm so lucky that I was able to get tickets. I'm embarrassed to say that I got there 3 hours early and sent in the parking lot across from the venue.. because I was so excited... I finally got to see my crush... I was so impressed at what a down to earth sincere man.. that you are. No, no I'm not going to have you come to my door and ask you to marry me like I have dreamed several times I know right? I'm just spilling my guts out .lol,, I will never forget the joy and excitement and what a great time and what a great fulfillment of the dream to be able to see you .... And every time I open up my drawers to get my clean clothing out I see the streamers that I have I need ziplock bags that fell the night of the concert and it makes me smile ....
The music is great but what’s with his back to the audience routine that he does? The dancers? Another interesting part of the concert. Kind of laughable. The choreographer needs to get back to school she’s missing 6th period Algebra.
Saudades daqueles tempos de KC & THE SUNSHINE BAND; DURAN DURAN; DEPECHE MODE; TEARS FOR FEARS; DONNA SUMER; JOURNEY; ABBA; U2. Esses eram todos daquela Bela Época!
I am so happy to see you again Kim ! I so enjoyed your roles in film . At 68 here I sit once again enjoying " True Grit " You have made a permanant place in history.
