Horrible experience with the customer service... nobody responds especially after sale service is a nightmare and as for return and refund just don't mention from more than twenty days I'm calling..no one responds, if someone does they have no solution... someone please help me how ca I get my refund from this company.
Very sad to hear andi.. Actually we didn't get any problem andi.. And customer service was also good.. That's why I did the video.. We saw the demo first and we buyed..
After that batch completed i didn't do.. I will do again.. I had so many detergents with me.. So, i thought they will spoil so after finishing i will do it again..
This is one of the worst product available in the market. Have been suffering from the day I got this to my home. Already went for repairs for more then 4 times. Quality of material is absolute pathetic. Sound from moving parts is too much and will give u a headache. Service itself is useless. Everytime it goes for service they will simply tighten few screws and will send this back. The only selling point of this product is its “made in India” tag. And every influencers doesn’t forget to mention this at the very beginning just to attract the emotion. Because rest this product is absolutely a useless stuff. Am now too tired to even call their service because anyway they don’t know how to solve the issues. Probably in a month or two will throw it in dustbin.
Don’t buy the product, pathetic cleaning. It’s sitting Ina corner in my house as well ya not working post a couple of cleans . Customer care is bad. I can give it away if someone needs it . Unnecessarily occupying place at my house
Hi All, I have very bad experience with Mc turing products and Company. I have purchased S9 Pro which worked for couple of days then started issue of sensors. Then without any prior discussion or consent from me they replaced it with higher version S9 Pro plus. It started throwing issues within a week but this time they replaced the battery just to ensure I complete return and refund period. New battery is also runs for 80 minutes with full charge, not 120-160 minutes as they promised in their website. When I raised ticket to return and refund they stopped responding for weeks. When I call them they are saying operational issue, not our issue to return. Being IT employee, daily use multiple apps I am very well aware how to operate things on apps. Now they stopped responding completely. I am planning to complain in consumer forum.
Is S9 pro Plus working fine for you? I'm also facing the same issue I'm using it from the 1 year & seen the 6-8 times issues with this product. I shouted at them & they are saying to me to replace but asking me money to pay for extra 10000.

Mam can we make face wash with Bioengyme? It's acidic and skin products ph level should 4.5 to 5.5 only. Plz let me know. I make almost all things but never make for skin as it's acidic in nature
Mam I’m going to prepare bio enzyme of sweet lime peels and neem leaves in which 900g are sweet lime peels and rest of are neem leaves and jaggery would be 350g and water would be 3500g.So will the bio enzyme good?I mean wouldn’t it be there any bad reaction in it? I want to use neem leaves for antibacterial and anti-bugs element. Will the bio enzyme good or not mam please reply me?
