@@everdurebbqfanatic I have, if you want to see why this is overpriced for it can do look at a Konnected Joe, it can autoignite like you can, it has temperature probes like yours but it can also regulate the temperature which yours can’t, it has WiFi and an app which yours hasn’t got and it’s a lot cheaper. You’re paying a lot and getting stiffed on the feature count.

I figured it was old school method of just low and slow, nice job those look delicious. I wrap my racks or briskets. I said mop because alot do low and slow with a mop sauce. I subbed when after looking at more of your videos wanted to come later and see what you got going on.
