Thankyou, great home hunting! Looks like many great options there. As someone researching and aiming to shift there, another excellent RU-vid resource. Subscibed. 👏😊🏡
Hello. Just found your channel over the last few days and I’m impressed. I would DEFINITELY like to see walking in ready, furnished property in this price range and lower price range also and anywhere with a garden would be immensely interested. I’m interested in how plausible it would be to retire to permanently in a few years time. Plus how much with ALL fees that would have to be paid how much would have to be paid on top of the asking price ! Also is it one of the zones where the government is trying to attract retirees from overseas? I’d be grateful if you could provide some solid information. Best Wishes L.B
Hi LB, thanks for the nice compliment! Unfortunately I don't offer advice about the actual purchase process (or fees, taxes, etc.) because that is not my area of expertise. There is a TON of information on the internet and on RU-vid as well as people who specialize in helping people purchase and relocate. You should be able to find lots of information with a simple google search. I'm hoping to put together a list soon. There are also many different Facebook groups which are a great source of information and assistance. Good luck and please comment again if you can't find anything.
I unsubscribed because nowhere on the video or the link that the presenter sent does it give the name of the village where the property is located. When you click on the "Original Property Listing" button on the LiveYourDreamItaly website, nothing happens. Nice property - poor communication. Don't waste your time.
Thanks for pointing this out to me (again!) I'm SO SORRY! I didn't realize the link wasn't working. Anyway, it is now and here is the original listing ... www.green-acres.it/en/properties/house/castelvecchio-subequo/Aieaes22027fpfdp.htm Also, the name of the village is Castelvecchio Subequo, Aquilo, Abruzzo. Hope that clears things up. I'm kind a new at this. :))
This is exactly the kind of region I‘m looking at - Piemonte, Liguria, Valtellina near the Swiss border, northern Tuscany. More please! Thanks for the video.
Thanks for the feedback. I love those areas too and will try to feature more. Unfortunately this one just went off the market yesterday! But there are LOADS of others!
Yes, they are incredible and one of the reasons I started this channel and weekly email (because nobody believed the price of the properties I was finding!) I have been told it's because of the population decline and also because younger people want to live in or near the cities where there are more jobs and more to do.
I agree! I think it's currently used as a summer home. It seems the very reasonable asking price reflects that a new buyer would need to have those upgrades made if they were to live in it year-round. Thanks for your comment!
Hi Vicky, this is a recap of the properties we featured in our September emails. Subscribers receive more photos and specs along with links to the original listings and realtor's contact information in the weekly emails. Please see the description info on how to subscribe. :)) Thanks for your feedback!
Oh boy. this is a perfect place to have a home base in Italy. I'm hoping to be over there by Spring. This won't be around for sure but the mountains in the North is where I want to be.. Yes show more like this one.
Yes, there are so many great properties in this area which are priced so low! I missed out on a 6-bedroom, 4-storey $13,000 one in August and am kicking myself!!! Thanks for the feedback. I'll keep sharing houses like this in this area.
What is your ideal location ... a larger city or town, a picturesque village, in the mountains, near the beaches, out in the country or it doesn't matter so long as the house is amazing?
Lovely 😍.A word of advice: Please lower the music in your videos, and do a soft phase in or fade transition between images in your content. The hard slideshows are abrasive and detract from the quality of the beautiful properties you display. 👍
Thanks for the feedback. I appreciate it. I am just learning how to make these "shorts." I suggest you watch the full video for lower music and softer transitions, and a narration. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--mVFYFxfp4g.htmlsi=Na5Owc-f2g3vhtDq (Actually, the volume is still a bit loud on this video but hopefully not as much on my other ones. I am still new at this : }}
Hi, here is the link: liveyourdreamitaly.com/f/%E2%82%AC80k-abruzzo-village-house-w-terraces-views-70m%C2%B2-2bd1ba This house has already sold or is under contract - the listing has been removed. The realtor did not give the exact village, just Valle Subequana. Thanks for the reminder that I should add these links to all of my videos, not just my general website link.
