You want to read something sobering? Clancy’s comments about how someone can build a nuke in his book The Sum of All Fears.

I'm agreeing with the opinion that if your feet & legs dont walk on the grounds at least for a noticeable length of pained time, your power should be kept to your building and you must put up signs and a legend if you want to reap our legs & time about it. It does anger me that this is an abandoned ground where you host a group who hosts many more who we cant see to serve or prove their charges and ours with a phone call or letter & photographs. For that many years of eliting about an adult's school, the town should have no lack be CAUSE of your side's 'teachers' who thunk of themselves as t-shirts. Then there's the cheese. And after our furdt sister was born with an injurious cord around her neck that left her nearly deaf, we have had no stop from the Santa Clause cult's advances of notes and denying job opportuniyies so we could've grown our ways out of its meaner affects and not drained our brother ~ the peacetime army mechanic ~ into the hands of haters with no crew or team trade plan for that his family could join him with. but since a UFO landed and ut took so long, the job on ghe side of the invaders doesnt end, and they're SOOOO cute the people cant tear their egos away from self-sabotage!

A great piece other than the wonky history lesson on Irish independence. A nation that had been occupied since the mid 1600s by England's rulers and then made a part of the UK by proclomation in 1801 left the people pretty sore. Communism is a strange stick here, most probably fuelled by US paranoia about any nation diverging from western rule. The population were fed up of London rule and bringing soldiers in just fuelled the fire as they were viewed as reinforcements for the occupiers.

Tom Clancy is probably the most habitual and pathological liar that ever swore an oath. He makes up stories in his "gung ho' life to sell books that makes him money. That is all he cares about. He is the ultimate prostitute when it comes to story telling.

For anyone who's curious about the articles he mentions at the end of the video, I believe it's "Laxity Cited At British Spy Agency" from Nov 2, 1985 by Patrick E. Tyler

He mentioned Dr. Ballard and how that technology wasn't made to look for the Titanic. 30 years later, Ballard admitted that the discovery of the Titanic was part of a secret mission to look for missing submarines. Clancy got it right. Again.

41:35 people being afraid of you doesn't prevent them from trying to fight you. In fact, it induces them to do that. If you've read a history book you would know that.

32:22 but Tom, if we don't get the military to stop the drugs from coming into the country, then that increases the supply of drugs in the US. Then a "war on drugs" is pointless.

I am amazed how easily he apparently got acces to training exercises and information from military and many agencies, just after writing his first book. Spend 7 years with the Dutch ministry of defense myself and hardly saw anything of the ops trainings… maybe didn’t lobby hard enough 😅. Have to admit I am somewhat jealous.

Read most of his books, saw all the movies. Hunt for Red October (read it whole on a flight from LA to Amsterdam) and Cardinal of the Kremlin stand out for me. A few others have just too many characters (difficult to keep track) or not such captivating storylines, e.g. The Bear and the Dragon, Rainbow Six. But Inhad never seen this footage of him. Wauw ! Soo entertaining and witty, super ! If not a writer, he could have become a live storyteller…. and seems a super nice guy. Would have loved to meet him. Pity, another hero who died much too young.
